Expert Analysis
Todd Haldis | Prep Redzone Scout
Braylin is a player that consistently stands out as a pass catching TE every time I see him live. With nice size, measuring in at 6’4″+ and weighing 250lbs. he has the frame and strength to play inline TE. A smooth route runner, he stems his routes and makes crips breaks, using his twitchy hips to get defenders of balance. He’s a glider when he runs, doesn’t look like he’s going fast but is fluid in his movements and is always able to separate and get open. Braylin also displayed great strong hands when catching passes. Snatching the ball out the air and consistently catching it away from his body. Braylin is a sneaky athletic pass catcher who is also a more than capable blocking TE.
Already holding one FCS offer from Del. State, Braylin proved once again at the NP Showcase that he is a scholly TE and should be receiving multiple offers in the future.
A few clips from yesterday’s @NPShowcases Maryland Showcase. Thank you to @NPCoachZim @tdhald and all the coaches, players and staff for making this event possible. Great experience and great time. @WHS_MD_Football @DaLawnParrish @Athletics__WHS @RocCarmichael pic.twitter.com/vMq0FDAcEE

Erdolino is a well-rounded tight end with excellent size (6-4 240), strong blocking ability, and reliable hands. He’s effective mostly in short-yardage and red-zone situations. Erdolino is a physical player who uses his frame effectively to box out defenders and make contested catches. His blocking ability stands out as he consistently engages defenders with good leverage. In the run game, Erdolino usually wins blocks and pancakes defenders. If there’s one thing he has to work on, it would be his speed. If Erdolino can become a little more explosive, he’d be an actual field-stretching threat. He does run effective short and intermediate routes. Erdolino is a strong competitor and has a good work ethic. If he continues to develop and have a solid camp season, things will look up for him from a recruiting standpoint.

For the second camp in a row Westlake’s Braylin Erdolino established himself as one of top performers for the wideout group. He continues to impress everyone with his size/frame and ability to create separation off the snap. Check out the tape below, he is 6’6 with wheels, looks like a Gronkowski 2.0 out their.

did not have a profile in our Maryland page but I created one anyhow, this kid has serious potential. He is 6’6 and 230 lbs., I hope he runs with the receiver group this weekend, he seems to be just scratching the surface of his talent. Look how it goes up for the football below, this dude could be a division 1 prospect. He also makes plays off at defensive end, going against some stud tackles on site at the Horizon Edge Sports complex will be must see also.
