Prospect Sheet Deep Dive: East Paulding Raiders

East Paulding has raised the bar of their program in the last two years. They have a solid senior class and a 2028 class which sets the tone for the future. He is a stout DB prospect at 5'11 180 and proves physical enough at the point of attack to play closer to the box. He packs a punch at contact and should be viewed as a true striker. He relies on his instincts and nose for the football to undercut routes and takes appropriate angles to the football. Doyle should generate some small school recruiting buzz and is set up for another productive senior season.     Coaches are expecting a big jump from Graves as a senior. He is a thin DB with plenty of physical upside ahead of him. His footwork is smooth, allowing him to stick with WRs and match releases on the outside. Even at a lighter weight, he isn't afraid to stick his head into contact. He plays low to the ground, mirrors ball carriers, and is light enough on his feet to adjust to the run path of ball carriers. Graves is a potential late bloomer who could garner small school attention.    2027 Standouts    Treveon Lewis is a long LB prospect with solid measurables. He moves around the box, playing pretty evenly between a traditional LB spot and an EDGE position. He is physical enough to stick his head in and battle with blockers, something that will improve as he adds more weight. His motor pops on tape, and he shows it off by relentlessly chasing the ball sideline to sideline. There's plenty to like about Lewis as a developmental prospect and he has a few more productive years ahead of him.     There are plenty of desirable developmental traits in Wright's game. He is all of 6'1 205 with noticeable length in his arms. Even with a thin frame, he battles and slips through blocks well. He has solid range and a large tackling radius, allowing him to engulf the ball carrier at the point of attack. Wright is only going to get stronger over the next two years and prove more and more difficult to block.     Coaches are really high on Miles and his upside. They believe he is one of the strongest players on the team, and just by looking at his frame, he is only going to get bigger. Miles definitely arrives violently at contact, often decleating players in the open field. Miles is a breakout candidate for next fall.    2028 Standouts    [player_tooltip player_id='994376' first='Bode' last='Spence'] was one of the most productive freshman QBs in Georgia this fall. Here is my eval on Spence:   "As it stands now, [player_tooltip player_id='994376' first='Bode' last='Spence']<a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/bode-spence/"></a> will be one of the most productive GA signal callers in the 2028 class once the year ends. East Paulding is off to a hot start, and some of that can be credited to the efficient performance of their freshman signal-caller. Spence is still developing athletically and in the arm strength department, but he possesses fine footwork and awareness in the pocket. Even with a smaller frame, he stands tall in the face of pressure and accurately delivers the ball. He compensates for his developing arm strength by getting the ball out quickly and playing in good timing with his WRs. He looks to have a solid grasp of the position at a young age, which will go well for him as his physical traits start to come around."     Jason Green is a nuanced route runner who is only going to get better as he develops athletically. On tape, he understands how to attack different leverages while also deceiving DBs at the top of his routes. Pair that with good focus when the ball is in the air and smooth movements, and Green has the general athletic profile to generate some excitement. Coaches are high on him and I get the feeling that he is set to develop into one of the top playmakers for East Paulding very soon.
