2025 Rankings Update- New OL Additions

Gibbs is extremely talented in pass protection- he matches up well with a wide variety of DE/EDGEs and will not allow any pressure on his side of the line. Gibbs creates so much time in the pocket for his quarterback, allowing them to push the ball downfield at a high level. Gibbs is also aggressive in the run game- he plays with a mean streak, can make key blocks at every level of the field, and opens up so many opportunities for his teammates. McDuffie has great size at OT and is a hard man to move off the line of scrimmage. In pass protection, McDuffie is especially talented- he can counter all kinds of different rush moves in some creative ways, while also possessing the size and sheer strength/power to completely shut down opposing pass rushers. McDuffie also opens up so much space in the run game both at the line of scrimmage and in the second level- he's an aggressive, agile blocker capable of maneuvering the field and opening up massive opportunities for the ball carrier. After a terrific career at McAdory, McDuffie is headed off to Tuskegee to play at the next level. Be sure to watch him! It's really impressive watching how his skills easily translate to each spot on the line. Owens plays with a ton of physicality- he makes his presence felt every snap with how aggressive he is in the trenches. It's really impressive watching Owens block in the run game, it doesn't matter if he's lined up in the interior or out at OT, he will find a way to completely level out DL/LBs and create wide rushing lanes for his offense to capitalize off of. Owens is highly athletic and moves really well at his size, allowing him to make some really impressive blocks all around the field. At 6'6 315, Givens is a massive obstacle for defensive linemen to overcome- he pairs his size with his strength and power to completely level out defenders in the run game. In pass protection, Givens is an anchor that doesn't allow for the pocket to collapse or give up any pressure. He's aggressive, tough to drive back, and plays with a ton of physicality and toughness every down. Givens was a huge asset to Auburn's highly successful OL this past season and is now headed to bring that same dominance to Grove City College at the next level. Thomas is a natural RT that makes life way harder on opposing defensive lines. Thomas is excellent at sealing off the EDGE- he makes a ton of massive blocks on the outside that set up huge runs downfield. One of the really impressive things with Thomas is watching how easy it is for him to gain leverage and make blocks at his size- he's really gifted in that way. Thomas is also really productive in pass protection- with his size and length, it's really hard for DE/EDGEs to work around him quickly, giving his quarterback plenty of time to scan the field and complete passes.
