There were some impressive players that rocked out the year as outstanding athletes, including a large amount of underclassmen that shined among the best of the best to boost their resume going forward. <p>One of the best overall QBs from Iowa in 2024, [player_tooltip player_id='1286491' first='Caden' last='Lundt'] led Class 2A in several passing categories. His 39 touchdown passes were tied for the most among all QBs in the state this season, and he finished third among all Iowa QBs in passing yards (2743). Lundt tore apart secondaries en route to leading Spirit Lake to a state championship appearance. </p>
