is a classic Midwest offensive lineman. An All-Stater for PCM this fall, the 6-foot-4, 265-pound son of a coach possesses great feet and punch up top. Part of a run-heavy squad this fall, Shannon is a mauler on the ground. He still has some work to do in the technical part of pass-blocking, but Shannon is one of the more dominant OL in the 2A ranks.

It was surprising to see that Shannon’s Prep Redzone profile page was void of an evaluation when visiting it following a rankings update in late January. He can get lost in a shuffle residing in the top position group of Iowa’s 2028 Class. That could benefit colleges looking for an O-Lineman with a lot of upside. Shannon shows that during his sophomore highlight video of 2025. On it, we witness a interior force on the offensive line. He fires off of the snap with an ability to defeat opponents with power in a phone booth or by picking them off in space when on the move. PCM takes advantage of the agility by pulling Shannon. His frame is capable of adding good weight and strength without making him less nimble. Shannon’s ceiling is high and him raising his recruiting stock on the college camp circuit this summer is a good bet.

is another 2028 prospect who has earned early recognition from college programs with Power 4 offers from Iowa State and Nebraska. Starting with Hayden’s size, he projects very well to the next level with great measurables at 6’4″, 275 pounds and elite length to his frame. Hayden does a good job getting out in space to seal off running lanes and has the lateral burst to get several yards downfield to lead block. He is explosive getting out of his stance and is violent with his initial jab. Hayden is smart with his hand placement and consistent with his pad level when engaged with defenders. Impressive mean streak and motor to keep him playing through the whistle. Don’t be shocked to see more teams hop on board if Hayden comes out hot in his sophomore campaign!

Another member of Iowa’s loaded 2028 offensive line class, Shannon landed his first offer from Nebraska on March 29, 2025. Iowa, Iowa State and others also are heavily involved. Pop on his freshman highlight video, and you’ll see why he already has major colleges involved. Shannon pushes people around. He’s big and strong, overwhelming opponents. That’s not uncommon. It is to do that with explosion and agility. Shannon reaches blocks in space, including down the field. He fires into D-Linemen from all angles with his quick get-off. Those skills also could work at defensive tackle.
