Still, there are three defensive linemen who I really want to talk about!

[player_tooltip player_id='1298716' first='William' last='Reed'] | Oak Park '26

[player_tooltip player_id='1298716' first='William' last='Reed'] was a name I heard a lot at the end of the camp. I'm glad I invited him, because it seems like he's exactly as he is on tape- explosive, physical, and a good amount of polish. SO many colleges need defensive linemen, and William seems like a very underrated prospect right now. I'm expecting William to eventually earn GLIAC attention, so long as he attends several more camps. I'll continue pounding the table for him as long as he keeps up the great performances.

[player_tooltip player_id='1148708' first='Jeremiah' last='Benson'] | West Bloomfield '26

It's apparent that Jeremiah has gotten a whole lot bigger and stronger since April. Back then, he was a smaller offensive lineman with great athletic testing. Now, he's a high-upside defensive lineman who can line up really anywhere. Did great at our camp, did great at Rising Stars, and will likely do great at all camps he attends. Considering he goes to a well-known school, size, and tape, I expect Jeremiah to be a GLIAC prospect with a small chance to earn D1 attention if this upward trajectory accelerates.

[player_tooltip player_id='1277061' first='Jack' last='Carlson'] | Brighton '27

Man, I can't wait to see the player Jack develops into. Right now, he's probably the most athletic 6'7" high school football player I've ever seen. He moves SO well for his size, and the testing numbers prove it. His skillset is still a little raw, but man, he's right there. Just with a couple of good pass-rush moves and a proven motor, he'll be a D1 prospect with no problem. Most B1G 10 prospects get offered during their freshman or Sophomore seasons, but I could see Jack earn those kinds of offers if he works his tail off this offseason.

The defensive line coach at the showcase told me that this was the best D-Line group he's ever coached at a camp. This group had size, speed, and a ton of grit. Several college prospects on this list, a few in particular that I'd like to shout out!
