Final 2025 Rankings: EDGE

With that being said, it is time to wrap up our coverage of this year's senior class with our final rankings update. While there were a ton of talented players in the class of 2025, we have narrowed it down to the top 250 players in the class. With that being said, I will be taking the next week or so to break down these final rankings by position. After already covering the offensive side of the ball, I will have now turned my attention to the defensive side of the ball. Works is a very talented pass rusher, showing the ability to use his speed to burst into the pocket before the opposing offensive tackle can block him. He has also shown some impressive pass rush moves which he uses to defeat blocks. Cedric finished the season with four sacks in 14 games. He has also shown the ability to cause disruption against the run, finishing his senior year with 54 tackles and four tackles for loss. Toothaker was dominant against the run as a senior, finishing the season with 68 tackles and nine tackles for loss in 12 games. He reads the play quickly then uses his speed to his advantage to get to the ball carrier and make the tackle in the open field before opposing offensive linemen have a chance to block him. Luke also showed the ability to rush the passer, finishing the year with two sacks. Williams is explosive out of his stance as a pass rusher, using his speed to blow by opposing offensive tackles with ease on his way to the quarterback. Preston finished his senior year with 10.5 sacks in 12 games. He was also very impressive against the run, leading his team with 84 tackles and 21 tackles for loss. Williams also scored one rushing touchdown on offense. Black was very impressive against the run this season, leading his team with 102 tackles along with 8.5 tackles for loss in 15 games. Amare does a great job of reading the play then shedding blocks quickly and using his speed to get to the ball carrier in a hurry to make the tackle in the open field. He also finished the season with 5.5 sacks, and made an impact on offense, scoring four rushing touchdowns and catching one touchdown pass. Kamden is an impressive pass rusher off the edge, using his speed and strength to blow by opposing offensive tackles with ease on his way to the quarterback. He finished the season with 10 sacks in 15 games. Kamden also showed the ability to fight through blocks and get to the ball carrier in a hurry to make tackles against the run, finishing the year with 80 tackles and 13 tackles for loss. Davis also came away with an interception and returned it for a touchdown this season.
