Shows impressive chase-down speed for his size/position and is an advanced block-shedder upfront. The 6'7"/305 OT looked lighter and more comfortable on his feet showing his power and mobility as a run-blocker. Quick initial punch allows him to disrupt oncoming rushers and shows improved footwork staying in front to wall-off. Finishes blocks through the whistle, uses his hands/reach effectively to counter pass rushers, and works well on double-teams with the OGs. He's a skilled athlete out of the backfield that can find and exploit space around the LOS with excellent vision, square shoulders, and active feet. Possesses the strength and balance to bounce off tackles at the first level, shows good acceleration through the lane, and can make defenders miss in space with an effective stiff-arm and quick lateral cuts. He's a speedy athlete on the perimeter that's a constant home-run threat after the catch and shows exceptional hands and body control as a pass-catcher. He shows some quick-twitch juice in his routes, tracks the ball well, and isn't afraid to go over the middle and make tough catches in traffic. He's a strong, charged-up tackler that hits with power and beats blockers to the spot with a quick first step. Holds a well-developed frame and has NFL genes (Ricky Manning- NFL vet). Showed flashes of receiving skills operating as a wing/h-back this season. He's a mobile lefty that showed his ability to manage/escape the pocket and create improvised plays outside the OTs. Weilds a strong arm that can throw off a variety of platforms, is quick and decisive with his RPO reads, and shows great toughness getting the ball out under pressure.
