2025 Ripley WR [player_tooltip player_id='1260041' first='Chris' last='Jenkins'] popped on film this season for the Vikings after a good performance at the PRZ WV Combine back in the spring. Jenkins was flying heavily under the radar heading into his senior year but should have D2 and D3 programs checking out his senior film. He has a good combination of size and athleticism that will allow him to further develop at the next level and continue taking his game to new levels. Jenkins is a vertical threat on the outside who can stretch the field vertically. He's also shown that he has natural ball skills and tracks the ball well in the air.

[player_tooltip player_id='1225794' first='Marcus' last='Dean'] was a welcomed addition to the Cabell Midland program this year after coming over from Huntington. The Knights went back to their power run roots during the season, so the passing game became limited, but they found ways to get the ball in Dean's hands in a variety of ways. He has juice in the return game doing so on punts and kickoffs and is a natural playmaker. Dean saw the bulk of his touches on offense as a wing-back and was very good at turning the corner off tackle in that system. Even with limited receiving touches on film, Dean proved he's a quick and shifty athlete with a good burst who can work the screen game and get vertical too in a more pass-happy offense.

North Marion's [player_tooltip player_id='1242873' first='Brady' last='Anderson'] was a pleasant surprise when finding his senior film and showed a lot of good things on film. He's a long athlete who can also kick on special teams but has a lot of potential as a receiver. Anderson is a good jump-ball possession receiver with a basketball background that allows him to snag contested catches consistently. He has the speed to create separation as well and can sidestep defenders at times to create explosive plays after the catch too. Anderson could earn D2 opportunities based on his senior film and is a plus athlete that should intrigue colleges.

Another receiver out of Marion County who impressed on his senior tape was East Fairmont's [player_tooltip player_id='1586844' first='Cole' last='VanGilder']. He's another longer receiver with plenty of room to continue filling out at the next level which will take his game up a few notches with time. VanGilder can beat defenses over the top and did so with double moves on several occasions in his tape. He can also hit on contested catches frequently and beat defenders in the air and over top of them. VanGilder could sneak his way onto a D2 roster this fall as an under-the-radar athlete to check out.

Shady Spring's [player_tooltip player_id='1126346' first='Nathan' last='Easley'] had an excellent year for the Tigers on both sides of the ball and was one of the leaders in the state for interceptions too. We like him on offense given his build and skillset where he can fill out more at the next level and become a very good college receiver. Easley is another longer possession type of receiver who can work out of the slot or on the outside. His length allows him to reach over defenders and come down with contested catches. Easley extends well when making a play on the ball and uses his length effectively. He'd be a steal at the D3 level once he maximizes his body's potential.

John Marshall's [player_tooltip player_id='1586474' first='Hayden' last='Gaiser'] is another receiver who we got film of for the first time and showcased a lot of potential. He stepped up as the Monarchs' #1 receiver as a senior after developing for a couple of years from a quarterback transition. Gaiser is one of the more developed route runners in this ranking range and pairs that with excellent ball skills. He made several acrobatic catches on film and showed he could execute the full route tree. Gaiser has a ton of value sitting just outside of the Top 200 and would be a great addition to a D3 program.

Preston's [player_tooltip player_id='1227644' first='Cody' last='Smith'] was another PRZ WV Combine participant in the spring who springboarded that into a successful senior season. He likely wasn't on many radars before seeing him in person at our camp but produced a senior year that should have D3 programs calling. Smith has the potential frame to grow into a future TE if he can keep adding more size. He posted nearly 600 yards and 6 touchdowns for the Knights this season and has the potential to play OLB at the next level too. Smith saw reps at both TE and receiver this season showing he can do both and could play out of the slot in college as a bigger-bodied receiver.

[player_tooltip player_id='1586783' first='Dalvin' last='Wheeler'] flew under the radar this season for the state-champion Bulldogs with a plethora of talent on the roster. He's an undersized slot receiver in the 5'7 150 range but is explosive and made the most out of the touches he did receive. Even as a smaller receiver, Wheeler made several nice contested and acrobatic catches on film showing good body control and looking the ball in. He's also a talented return man who has the ideal size and athleticism to be dangerous in that part of the game. Size will likely keep him at the D3 level but could excel at that level after he adds some size.

Another under-the-radar receiver who may have gone noticed but had a solid senior year was Parkersburg South's [player_tooltip player_id='1586832' first='Brendon' last='Kelley']. Kelley was a good #3 option for the Patriots this season out of the slot who waited his turn for an expanded varsity opportunity. He's a smaller athlete that D3 programs need to check out but can have success at that level. You can work Kelley in the short and intermediate passing game with the ability to take some jet sweeps and pop passes around the end too.

Westside's [player_tooltip player_id='1316695' first='Kyler' last='Kenneda'] was one of the top receivers in Class AA this season for the Renegades. He nearly topped 1,000 yards and 13 touchdowns as their go-to receiver out of the spread averaging over 20 yards per catch. Kenneda did so as a smaller receiver too in the 5'10 155 range who worked from the inside and outside. He has quality speed and burst that allowed him to create consistent separation at the Class AA level and is a great candidate to play at the D3 level. He's not a fancy type of receiver but still manages to find himself open which you can aid in schematically.

Frankfort's [player_tooltip player_id='1228136' first='Jacob' last='Nething'] was a Class AA First Team All-State player for the Falcons this season as they earned their first state championship in school history. He was a very good two-way player who may be an even better defensive back but had the bulk of his film at receiver. Frankfort operates out of the Wing-T, so catch opportunities were limited, but Nething still managed to create explosive plays on offense this season. He was often the lone receiver lined up out wide with attention clearly on him, but Nething made the most of defenses keying on the running game. He's a well-rounded small college prospect who could also play baseball at the next level if he chooses.
