Going into the playoffs, it was not known what the Quarterback situation was going to be as starting QB, Jack's brother, Brady suffered an injury in the season finale.
[player_tooltip player_id='1513385' first='Max' last='Mancabelli'] spent his sophomore season playing WR for the Quakers so it was a surprise to see him at QB to replace the starter. Mancabelli started the game under center and while his stats were not off the charts (5/6 for 51 yards and 1 TD), his name is worth noting to see if he will be the team's QB against Lancaster.

This quarterfinal matchup was the varsity debut of [player_tooltip player_id='939439' first='Jayden' last='Hassett']. Jayden has been OP's JV starter all year. Although he didn't start in the playoff game, Hassett showed he can play at the upper level throwing for 74 yards and 2 TDs in the second half. While the status of QB Ciano is still in the air, this will be a situation to monitor. Regardless of how that plays out, Jayden will be the Quaker's heir apparent in 2025.
