Each week we will break down the state's top athletes on offense and defense from all classifications, highlighting those individuals who stood out. Not all stats are always available.. Have a look at the top performers from the final week of the regular season.

[player_tooltip player_id='402416' first='Lamarcus' last='Bell'] 26' RB Lake Oswego

As mentioned multiple times, Bell will likely be your 6A POY. He was clutch once again, rushing 29 times for 168 yards and 2 TDs, in the 28-18 win over Lakeridge to finish 9-0 and ranked #1 in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='284120' first='Drew' last='Weiler'] 26' QB Lakeridge

Weiler continued his outstanding junior season, hitting on 22/27 passes for 258 yards and a TD. He also rushed 7 times for 44 yards in the 28-18 loss to #1 Lake O. The 6-4 QB is having an all-conference/ all state season.

[player_tooltip player_id='845242' first='Sean' last='Bour-Nelson'] 27' DB Mountainside

The sophomore had an unreal performance against Beaverton, picking off 3 passes in the first half with 2 PBU's. The son of former Ducks standout JD Nelson has a stock that is rising quickly as he looks to be one of the top 27's in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1550146' first='Kelsen' last='Sperry'] 25' QB Sheldon/ [player_tooltip player_id='407441' first='Kerek' last='Kato'] 25' WR Sheldon

The 6-3 Sperry has put up ridiculous numbers all year finishing the season with 23 TD's/ 0 INTs. He added another 5 touchdown passes in the 52-7 win over Sprague. Kato will be a steal for some university, finishing with 4 catches for 153 yards and 3 TD's on the night.

[player_tooltip player_id='1423866' first='Mason' last='Chambers'] 25' QB Mt View

Chambers has the potential of being in the 5A POY conversation depending on how Mountain View does in the playoffs. The 6-2 180-pound senior finished the regular season with 30 TDs/2 INTs, going 22/27 for 354 yards and 5 touchdowns in the 42-7 win over IMC rival Bend.

[player_tooltip player_id='1103727' first='Wilson' last='Medina'] 25' RB Sherwood

As of right now I would have Medina in the #2 spot behind [player_tooltip player_id='402416' first='Lamarcus' last='Bell'] for Oregon 6A POY honors. He left no doubt against Newberg, rushing for over 200 again (241) with 5 TDs, in the 55-14 win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1094961' first='Jordan' last='Hicks'] 26' RB Mountainside

Hicks closed out the regular season in impressive fashion, rushing 11 times for 166 yards and 2 TDs (89,5), in the 41-0 win over Beaverton. The Mavericks will need to establish their ground game if they are going to get a win over #6 Tualatin.

[player_tooltip player_id='407439' first='Brody' last='Thomas'] 25' RB/LB Sheldon

Look for Thomas to make one of the biggest jumps on the PRZ Rankings board when updated. He was a one-man wrecking crew against the overmatched Oly's, totaling 4 TDs (3 receiving) with 2 sacks on D.

[player_tooltip player_id='1232743' first='Daniel' last='Heninger'] 26' RB Glencoe

One of the best players in 5A. Heninger helped the Crimson Tide win their first conference championship at the 5A level with a 21-7 win over Hood River. His 31 carries for 349 yards and 2 TDs were the 4th time he's gone for over 300 this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1546087' first='Jaden' last='Tragesser'] 26' WR Lakeridge

One of the more underrated players in the state. The Junior WR caught another 6 passes for 109 yards to help keep the game close for the #5 Pacers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1286959' first='Kellen' last='Lefebvre'] 26' RB South Medford

For the 2nd week in a row Lefebvre made a statement in arguably the most important game of the year thus far. The Junior standout carried 9 times for 141 yards and a TD, in the 33-30 win over North Medford.

[player_tooltip player_id='278532' first='Calvin' last='Evans'] 25' LB Tualatin

Evans is one of the top defenders to come out of Tualatin in the last decade. He was key in all aspects of the game, finishing with 7 tackles, 3 tfl's, a sack, 2 blocked punts, and a safety. The T Wolves cruised against rival Tigard 44-0.

[player_tooltip player_id='1358900' first='JT' last='Girod'] 27' QB Central

Give the multi-sport standout a lot of credit. After starting as a freshman at QB he has helped Central go 7-2 this season, throwing another 3 TDs in the 38-22 win over Canby.

[player_tooltip player_id='1550141' first='Conner' last='Harvey'] 27' RB Marist

Another one of the fastest rising sophomores in the state. Harvey put an exclamation point on his season, scoring 4 TDs in the 34-6 win over a decent Philomath program. He finished with 15 touchdowns in 5 conference games.

[player_tooltip player_id='936972' first='Elijah' last='Greenan Biggs'] 27' RB Scappoose

Definitely one of the fastest rising 27's in the state. There were numerous statistical standouts for the Indians, with the sophomore carrying 15 times for 161 total yards and a TD, in the 54-15 win over Milwaukie.
