An extremely good looking Quarterback prospect, at 6-foot-2 and 155-pounds in the eighth-grade. On his film, he looks to have one of the biggest and most powerful right arms in the country, that I've seen as of November 2024. While his arm is the impressive thing to me on film, he also has really good mobility at this point. Moves around the pocket well and can step up in the pocket to avoid sacks. Would love to see him keep two hands on the ball while moving around if possible, to make sure he holds on to the rock when live bullets are flying. Regardless, I think Wolfe has all the makings at this point, of a young prospect who will be playing on Saturdays in the future.

I'm not shy about hiding my honest feelings--if a prospect plays for a certain program, there's a reason to take a harder look at them, and the OC Buckeyes are one of those programs. The Orange County-based squad has a team of absolute superstars and I'm willing to bet that probably 75% of them will go on to play a high level of college football. A powerful Center on the offensive line, Colvin is a kid we've seen continue to work with the Buckeyes since the 2022 fall season. While it's scary to say that he's "only" 6-foot-1 and 285-pounds in the 2029 class, I could name several hundreds of high school programs that would kill for a Center with this size and ability.

A promising defensive prospect that is somewhere between an Edge and Middle Linebacker at this point. The Central Florida native has a strong build and good explosion coming off the edge. Also moves very well for a prospect who lists himself at 6-foot and 200-pounds, as of November 2024. Being the tweener that he is at this point, how he continues to grow will dictate exactly what position he ultimately falls into. Either way, Murphy looks like a kid who will be causing havoc for opposing offenses in some capacity, over the next four years.

I came across Lewis' film on social media and I really like the way this kid plays the game--with consistent effort, refusal to give up on a play and impactful. Throughout his clips, he shows to be an athlete capable of lining up at a number of different positions based off what his team needs in that moment. Primarily used as a Wide Receiver and Defensive Back, he comes with the classic pre-high school WR/DB frame at 5-foot-10 and 150-pounds with long arms and above average speed. During the EMS Tigers championship run this season, Lewis also took snaps as a Wildcat Quarterback in the red zone.

Hailing from a small town of less than 2,300 people per the 2020 census, Evan Valencia is a Running Back worth keeping an eye on in Southwest Kansas. The Holcomb, Kansas product has good size right now, listing himself at 5-foot-9 and 165 pounds as of November 2024. Can't confirm the size, but I really like his build and strong lower body. I can't (and won't) pretend to be an expert on middle school football in SW Kansas, but I do know that I like what I see on film--regardless of the level of competition. Valencia tallied 20 touchdowns during his eighth-grade season and checks the boxes for me in terms of speed (on tape), above average vision and productivity.

Northwest of Tallahassee, not far from where Florida, Georgia and Alabama meet in the Panhandle, Running Back Malik McMillon is a name to know. At a powerful 5-foot-9 and 175-pounds, he's a very solid and compact 'Back with quick feet that hit the hole hard. Feet are impressive for a bigger RB at this level. Moves with purpose and doesn't do too much dancing behind the line of scrimmage. Not quite a one-cut and go kid, because he clearly has some vision, but he also rather dip a shoulder and run forward for no gain instead of gambling in the hopes of breaking off a big one.

A big, physical prospect coming out of Glendale, Arizona that lists himself at 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds as of November 2024. Much of his film has Wingler playing a stand up Outside Linebacker type of position with frequent blitzing. Given his size, the way he moves and his ability to play the run, I think the transition to an Edge position in high school could be a very real possibility. He does a good job of taking on blocks with good technique and already bench presses near 250-pounds. In addition to football, Wingler also is a wrestler. There is a lot of overlapping skillsets between wrestling and football, which is also a very promising factor to point out.

I have had my eye on Earnest Winters III since August when I was got a glimpse of him on another prospect's film. He's a very impressing young athlete with a ton of overall athleticism. A three-sport athlete who obviously plays football in addition to basketball and track and field. In fact, the 6-foot-2 and 165-pounder (as of November 2024) is currently the reigning Illinois State Champion in the long jump. With his size and ability, he's well-deserving of the Athlete designation in terms of position. He's built like a Wide Receiver, has the speed of a Running Back and has all the tools necessary to play Safety as well. He's one to certainly keep an eye on.

If there was ever a class of 2029 Offensive Tackle to extend an offer to, Jaylen Speller out of Virginia would be the one to start with the offer--just like Colorado and Coach Prime reportedly just did. Listed at 6-foot-5 and 295-pounds, he's starting the Left Tackle and biggest kid up front for a 757 Colt Boyz team that averages 250-pounds plus up front. That's some serious beef on a 14U football team. He legitimately checks every box for me right now. He has the size, he can bend, plays with a mean streak and can move more than well for his size. He'll continue to work on his feet against speed rushers and only get better. Mark the time and date, Jaylen Speller could eventually be the top Offensive Tackle in the class of 2029.

Listed at 5-foot-11 and 170-pounds as of November 2024, Gregory is a thick Quarterback that looked very good on film in 2024. Living directly in Norman--the heart of Boomer Sooner territory--he doesn't play the position with the excitement and razzle-dazzle that Baker Mayfield once did in that town, he opts for a calmer approach. I don't think it's physically possible for a signal caller to look more comfortable in the pocket, than Gregory does. The righty stands tall and strong, with just a small bounce as he scans the field. Would love to see him drive the ball with more velocity on deep throws, but that looks like it will come if he keeps the fundamentals straight.
