DE [player_tooltip player_id='1076281' first='Cameron' last='Melvin'] – Cleveland – 7 Tackles, 6 Tackles For Loss, 4 Sacks In Victory - Cameron was absolutely dominant in this game, and the biggest thing I loved about watching his highlights is that the disruption started with an excellent jump on the snap at the line of scrimmage. Cameron put some great hand usage together with those jumps and produced some explosive results. Cameron currently holds an offer from North Texas, and the Class of 2026 prospect should see more recruiting attention coming his way sooner than later.

LB Brody Hager – East Lincoln – 10 Tackles, 2 Sacks, Fumble Recovery In Victory - The 6'0 195-pound Class of 2025 prospect tackled extremely well in space in this game. His 2 sacks came as a result of being disciplined and reading the quarterback as he attempted to escape the pocket. I also thought Brody tackled very well in space.

DB [player_tooltip player_id='974827' first='LJ' last='Porter'] – Charlotte Christian – 18 Tackles, Interception, Forced Fumble vs Providence Day - LJ was all over the field defensively in this game. He showed excellent instincts in getting to the football and tackled very well against some talented offensive players in space. LJ's interception was a result of playing disciplined zone coverage and pattern reading, an impressive play from his safety position.

DB DeQuan McKever – Anson County – 7 Tackles, 2 Tackles For Loss, No Catches Allowed In Win - In this game, DeQuan played a lot out of the slot and did an excellent job of making tackles in run support when the offense tried to run off-tackle in their scheme. At 6'0 and 155 pounds, the Class of 2025 prospect has a chance to play on the next level in my opinion.

ATH [player_tooltip player_id='205617' first='Luke' last='Faulkner'] – Southern Nash – 15 Tackles, 4 Tackles For Loss, Sack, Rushing TD In Win - Luke is an absolute workhorse for an undefeated team. His physicality on both sides of the ball helps set a tone for his team. He is an aggressive linebacker who relishes making big tackles and showing relentless hustle on every play he is involved in defensively. Offensively, Luke is a load to bring down and gets the tough yards consistently in the Southern Nash offense.
