Norcal prospects picking up first offers + analysis

He is a very fluid passer with a strong arm vertically, puts good zip on the ball in tight windows and steps into his throws while not afraid to take a shot in the pocket. He has great length, is a long strider downfield with a huge catch radius and can go up and win on jump balls with strong hands and tracking abilities. Larson can stretch the field, is physical near the LOS when getting off man coverage and is a big and physical playmaker on the outside that is one of the top '27 receivers across northern California. He is extremely violent at the point of attack with his hands and shows good chest control and consistent lockout while also able to two gap and violently shed without giving up ground. He wins with good initial power and leverage while flashing a quick first step and plays with a high motor when pursuing backside and downfield. Still developing technically, he has tremendous interior length and upside at the next level and should see his recruitment explode this Spring. He can win with high point abilities when boxing out smaller defenders and is just scratching the surface of his full potential. As he moves through the next two seasons, he will only continue to pack on more weight to his frame and should be hauling in plenty of offers this Spring and Winter when coaches are on the road. He projects as a defensive end at the next level and has a frame to continue to pack on more weight and mass throughout his college career. The Windsor standout has recently seen his recruitment pick up with offers from Lewis and Clark and Pacific University. He is a bruising runner that looks for contact in the hole, shows tremendous contact balance and leg drive through contact while able to bounce off tacklers and gets vertical in a hurry. The bruising back currently holds 6 offers, and was recently offered by Central Michigan earlier last week.
