Special Class of 2029 Signal Callers From Middle Tennessee

<p>The state of Tennessee is split into three main regions: East, Middle and West. While East Tennessee has Knoxville in Knox County, and West Tennessee has Memphis in Shelby County, the bulk of the state is made up by counties in Middle Tennessee. In fact 41 of the state's 95 counties are classified as Middle Tennessee. Here's a look at some 2029 QBs from Middle Tennessee that the state will soon be hearing about.</p>    <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Dual-threat Quarterback who used his legs as a means to move the pocket and create space while under duress. Possesses a significantly better arm than anticipated while watching him on film.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>One of two All-Conference selections from E.O. Coffman Middle School this year, he helped the team to a 4-6 record on the season. Though three of the loses were by a touchdown or less.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>He is the younger brother of current Austin Peay Sophomore Linebacker, Javen Edmiston.</li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>A dual-threat with prototypical size as of October 2024, standing in the neighborhood of 6-foot and 155-pounds. Size isn't verified but his playmaking ability absolutely is, both with his right arm and his legs.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>The Shellbyville native came into the season with big expectations both personally, and as a member of Harris Middle School program. Rucker earned an All-County selection and helped the Eagles to their fourth straight CTC championship game.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Despite coming up short in the championship game, Rucker has impressed as a student-athlete, as he was named Player of the Week and eighth-grade Student of the Month in September.</li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Being blessed with natural size, he's listed between 6-foot-2 and 6-foot-3 depending on where you look and he weighs right around the 175-pound mark.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Shrader and his Richland Junior Raiders teammates made history this season by capturing the school's first-ever Tri-County Conference title.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>A three-sport athlete (basketball and baseball), Shrader proved to be athletic <em>enough</em> at this level to be able to pick up valuable yards with his legs; However, the big righty looks to be on point as a pro-style pocket passer who easily flicks the ball deep down field.</li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>A dual-threat Quarterback who, because of the the threat of his legs, has one of the best play fake moves/RPO meshes I've seen anywhere in the country for the 2029 class. Absolutely freezes the defense with it.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>This season, Bloomfield led the BGA Middle School 7/8th Grade team to an Harpeth Valley Athletic Conference (HVAC)championship. They soundly defeated GCA 32-8 in the championship game at FirstBank Stadium, on the campus of Vanderbilt University.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Difficult to imagine Bloomfield having a better season prior to this year. He finished the 2024 campaign with a reported 2,374 yards of offense and 28 touchdowns. Most importantly he was accurate and efficient, with a 76% completion percentage and just four interceptions. </li> </ul>     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>A human highlight reel at the Quarterback position, that I absolutely fell in love with this past June when I saw him play for the 7th grade Tennessee Future Stars. In that game, he deservedly was named MVP.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>The exciting, dual-threat righty is simply a better athlete than the competition. Seeing him play twice in the last five months (and I'll see him again in November), he plays with more instincts and twitch than the majority of kids at this level.</li> </ul>   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Morton wrapped up his eighth-grade season earlier in October with a bang, as he led Ensworth to 30-0 W over MBA in the Harpeth Valley Athletic Conference (HVAC) championship game at FirstBank Stadium, on the campus of Vanderbilt University.</li> </ul>
