He and [player_tooltip player_id='1232109' first='Evan' last='Weekes'] are amongst the best linebacking duo in the state and both have over 30 tackles to start the year. Jones had a great game against Alexandra City showing again how talented the Bruins defense really is altogether. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>District play is approaching with Jones and company eyeing a Cardinal title. He is a hybrid outside linebacker/defensive end and with his range and skill set I can see why. King gets his hands on everything thrown his way and already has 1 interception thru three games. He is a force off the edge when he gets his pads underneath you, he is going to win that matchup. Stafford's [player_tooltip player_id='853725' first='Braeden' last='Snavely'] is an explosive defensive tackle at 6'3 and 275 lbs.. He has a great first step and a number pass rushing moves, the young man is super quick off the snap. Very technically savvy on the outside of North Stafford's defense, Kontrel Hamn has good speed too. 6'1 and 200 lbs., he is playing at a high level and deserves your attention. Morris in particular is playing at an all-district level, adding 2 interceptions in Osbourn win over Hylton. Good speed and range he had a nice outing in their tough loss to Montcalm last week. If you follow our site you know my colleague Cole Laing is high on Paxton's work at running back and with good reason. Harvey has elite Power 5 back speed and has obtained offers from VMI and Howard, do not sleep on his ability at defensive back though.
