2027s Flying under the Radar

<p>We are approaching another rankings update to our 2027 class with the new addition expected out next month. A look at a few prospects who have been under the radar and could see a rankings bump:</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">Good looking linebacker out of Mechanicsville [player_tooltip player_id='2097851' first='Hank' last='Smith'] will be ranked next month. He is fast to the football and his blocker awareness shows you this dude has been playing the game for a minute. Solid size at 5'10 he is one of the stronger linebackers I have watched on tape. Smith is also a student of the game with a 3.7 GPA, very underrated prospect.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/hanksmith2027/status/1988750520618451371?s=20 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Im late to the party for standout Yorktown safety [player_tooltip player_id='1935570' first='Jack' last='Mccorry'] and if you watch his film you will see why. He was a first team all district selection last fall, he looks like a FCS or higher prospect at 6'2 and 205 lbs.. A nose for the football love the way he closes in on ball carriers, Mccory can play. I need to bump up his ranking next month at 371st overall he needs to be higher.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/jackhmccorry/status/1987636805974249902?s=20 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Became more familiar with Langley High School product [player_tooltip player_id='2142341' first='Brandon' last='Dinh'] a couple weeks ago at the Duel but I should of had him ranked prior. He was a second team all district selection for the Saxons last year with 9 total touchdowns. He is a deep threat who hauled in 25 receptions last year and averaged over yards per carry. Dinh is listed as an Athlete with good reason, time for him to join our newest rankings.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/BrandonDinh2027/status/2007539752442995037?s=20 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Big fan of [player_tooltip player_id='2002759' first='Tyler' last='Brown'] and he tore onto the scene last fall for the Bobcats earning 2nd team all district honors. He does a lot for Battlefield's offense and it looks like his squad may be going through a face lift on that side of the ball with a new quarterback coming in. This should give him more chances to shine as Battlefield graduated a number of key starters from 2025. He is dynamic and can be used on jet sweeps and in motion, certainly someone you have to gameplan for.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Really underrated wide receiver playing for Riverside High School is [player_tooltip player_id='2149453' first='Mahmoud' last='Abughannam'].
