[player_tooltip player_id='1103479' first='Kenya' last='Johnson'] 25' RB Sprague

The Oly's have been Oregon's biggest surprise, sitting at 3-0 after a 36-12 beatdown of North Medford. Johnson returns after a 2nd team all-conference season last year, rushing 21 times for 210 yards and 3 TDs.

[player_tooltip player_id='285857' first='Nolan' last='Keeney'] 25' QB Tualatin

For the 2nd week in a row Keeney was dominant, totaling 408 yards and 3 passing TDs in the 66-22 win over South Salem. Even more impressive is his ability to run the ball at 6-4 220 pounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='402416' first='Lamarcus' last='Bell'] 26' RB Lake Oswego/ [player_tooltip player_id='1059015' first='Justin' last='Craigwell'] 26' RB/LB Lake Oswego

Bell is probably the state's top overall player for his class, rushing 11 times for 151 yards and 2 TDs against #2 5A Silverton. Craigwell, his new counterpart from Sunset, rushed 4 times for 71 yards and 2 touchdowns in the 42-13 win.

[player_tooltip player_id='769915' first='Noah' last='Tishendorf'] 26' OLB Lakeridge

We talked on the Pacers D prior to the season potential being as good as anyone in the state. Through two games they have looked the part not allowing a TD. The competition hasn't been good, but top OLB/DE Tishendforf continues to be off the charts impressive, making 2 sacks in the 55-3 win over Barlow.

[player_tooltip player_id='1104607' first='Valentin' last='Rodriguez'] 25' RB Crater

The 6-0 210 pound Rodriguez carried an incredible 56 times for 402 yards and 4 TDs, in the teams 45-37 win over Springfield on the road. He set multiple school records in the process.

[player_tooltip player_id='278532' first='Calvin' last='Evans'] 25' LB Tualatin

It's early but Evans looks like a 1st team all state kid on D. He totaled 7 tackles, with 2 sacks and a fumble recovery, in the 66-22 win over South Salem

[player_tooltip player_id='754595' first='Ceville' last='Pasi'] 25' RB/LB Churchill

Pasi showed why he is a conference POY favorite on both sides of the football, rushing 33 times for 184 yards and 3 TDs, in the 30-6 win over Roseburg.

[player_tooltip player_id='769989' first='Viggo' last='Anderson'] 26' RB West Linn

As mentioned last week Anderson was projected to potentially be Oregon's breakout POY. He backed up that prediction again rushing 19 times for 149 yards. Look for 6-3 220-pound standout [player_tooltip player_id='312496' first='Hudson' last='Hardy'] to get back in the mix in the coming weeks as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='284120' first='Drew' last='Weiler'] 26' QB Lakeridge

One of the biggest question marks heading into the season was the QB play, after Lakeridge graduated Gabriel Motschenbacher. Weiler looked good passing for 325 yards and 4 TDs in the 55-3 win.

[player_tooltip player_id='285879' first='Jacob' last='Thayer'] 25' LB La Salle / [player_tooltip player_id='1216452' first='Mason' last='Mueller'] 25' DB/WR La Salle

Last year's Tri Valley POY Thayer showed what he could do against 6A competition, absolutely dominating Westview with 9 tackles in the 34-13 win. The two-way threat Mueller had 3 PBU's on D and added 5 catches for 133 yards and 3 TDs from his WR spot.

[player_tooltip player_id='1110921' first='Chaz' last='Katoanga'] 26' DB Nelson

One of the state's fastest rising 2026 prospects followed up a nice season opener with an impressive performance on D, making 6 tackles in the 39-15 win over Newberg.

[player_tooltip player_id='511864' first='Mark' last='Wiepert'] 25' QB/S /[player_tooltip player_id='285874' first='Nick' last='Crowley'] 25' WR Wilsonville

The #1 5A Wildcats dropped the hammer on traditional foe Summit 34-7. Crowley had a phenomenal off season and caught 2 more TDs (40, 75 yards) from last year's POY Wiepert, as he finished 16/24 for 370 yards and 4 touchdowns.

[player_tooltip player_id='285867' first='Grant' last='Valley'] 25' DB/WR Jesuit

The speedy receiver did his thing on D, finishing with 2 INTs in the 42-21 win over Tigard. He also caught 2 passes for 120 yards and a TD.

[player_tooltip player_id='1451506' first='Nolan' last='Hudgins'] 25' QB Forest Grove

It's incredible to see how far the Southridge program has fallen. Forest Grove exposed that with senior QB Hudgins hitting on 9/11 passes for 139 yards and 4 TDs, in the 37-8 win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1451508' first='Caden' last='Knips'] 25' WR Tualatin

Most people weren't aware of Knips before Friday. The senior went nuts catching 9 passes for 186 yards and 2 TDs from Keeney in the win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1103441' first='Maveryck' last='Akers'] 26' RB/S Willamette

Willamette didn't win a game last year and are now 2-0 after their 31-27 win over Corvallis. Akers earned 2nd team all-conference honors last year as a sophomore at Roseburg. The transfer led the Wolverines rushing for 3 TDs.

[player_tooltip player_id='796694' first='Jordan' last='Rossetta'] 27' QB Grants Pass

The young QB is hopeful to lead a GP program with some talented underclassmen. He was 11/13 for 241 yards and 3 TDs in just over a half of football. They beat McNary 49-9

Sawyer Hallberg 25' RB South Albany

The 5-7 scat back went for 289 all purpose yards and 4 total TDs, rushing 12 times for 150 yards. South Albany was impressive in the 48-28 win over Ridgeview.

[player_tooltip player_id='1216456' first='Paul' last='Skoro'] 25' QB La Salle

The Falcons moved up from 4A to 5A and left no room for doubt against 6A Westview. Skoro the reigning 4A conference POY offensively, hitting on 15/22 passes for 276 yards and 4 TDs, with 81 rushing yards and a TD.

[player_tooltip player_id='284121' first='Spencer' last='York'] 26' QB Beaverton

The Beavers came back from last weeks loss to 5A Central to beat Franklin 39-7. The junior QB had a nice night with 315 total yards and 4 TDs.
