Ben had a couple touchdowns with over 100 yards and anytime the ball came his way, he made the catch, despite how hard it might be. He was able to contort his body in many different, awkward ways to come down with the ball every time. Despite him not being the biggest receiver, he showed how big his catch radius really is, which makes it very easy for any quarterback trying to make a play. Ben Kingston is a very talented receiver that more people should keep their eyes on.

Tyson Clarke has been a good WR 2 all season for the Durham Dolphins but in this playoff game he showed how good he really is. The way Tyson is used in the offence is a jump ball receiver, very similar to Mike Williams when he played with the Chargers. And Tyson fits that role perfectly, but in this game, he dominated that role. He had to have well over 100 yards and 5-7 catches. It seems like every time they needed a play down field It was going to Tyson on a jump ball where he delivered every time. His large frame and great hands makes him a receiver that every school should be keeping their eyes on.

Carter Gooden did everything he possibly could to help his team win that game. Carter picked up a handful of sacks and even had a play where he recovered the fumble and ran it down from Hamilton's 20-yard line to Durham's 20-yard line with the time being just over 1 min left. What I like about Carter is that you can tell he listens to his coaches as he did not really make an impact in the first quarter but when I watched the game again, he was playing a contain role very well. Carter's pass rush just might be the best in the league, and it does not surprise me that he has 5 Division One offers. Carter Gooden is the next best lineman from Canada!

Ben Casselman played his heart out to help his team advance in the playoffs. Anytime Durham's offence needed a big play, Ben was able to provide it, whether it was a deep ball downfield, where he was able to put it right on his receiver, or extending a play with his legs and fighting for a first down. His versatility makes him such a dynamic quarterback. What I loved most about his game today was how calm he was in the pocket, despite dealing with pressure in his face on what seemed like every play. Ben Casselman might just be the best Ontario quarterback I have seen.

Lucas Baressi who is McMaster commit, had a phenomenal game through the air and on the ground. He did everything he possibly could to help lead Hamilton to a finals birth but unfortunately, they came up just short. Lucas' accuracy is pretty impressive as he throws a very precise ball every time. When he decides to take the ball and run, he can actually truck over linebackers because of how strong he really is. I'm looking forward to seeing Lucas play at McMaster over the next few years.

I attended the Hamilton versus Durham U18 semi-finals and it was an absolute shootout. So many players stepped up in the big moment to help lead one of their teams to a potential provincial Championship birth.
