Savelio Niumata , Edison

Niumata is a big guy who had an excellent season for Edison in his first year as the starting quarterback. He has good ball placement to all three levels and sees the field well. Niumata is a good athlete for a guy his size and has good pocket awareness. He had an excellent showing at the Battle at the Beach passing tournament.

https://twitter.com/Save_Niumata/status/1812981819387834759

12. [player_tooltip player_id='984743' first='Cash' last='O'Byrne'], Tesoro

O'Byrne had a very good junior season for Tesoro and has put on some significant muscle this offseason. His arm strength has drastically improved and he knows when to fire the ball in there and when to put some air under it. He will be asked to do a lot more this season with the departure of a 1,000-yard rusher and in his third year as the team's starter. O'Byrne recently landed an offer from Drake.

https://twitter.com/SteveFryer/status/1710517040870736029

13. Nate Lewis, Villa Park

Lewis is one of the better athletes on this list. He is great at extending plays with his legs and can scramble better than most. His arm strength is solid and he has the power to throw deep off-platform. He's best when he steps up in the pocket and uses the middle of the field. Lewis is a versatile guy that the Villa Park coaching staff likely has a lot of fun designing plays for.

https://twitter.com/natelewiss2/status/1729314111920734567

14. [player_tooltip player_id='595827' first='Tommy' last='Acosta'], Capistrano Valley

Acosta is a dual threat guy who has improved greatly as a passer over the past two years. He's always been a good athlete who can make big plays in the run game. His ball placement has improved and he has very good field vision. Acosta has a handful of lower level offers and should keep racking those up after a nice senior season.

https://twitter.com/mikehuntley63/status/1807162433611747522

15. [player_tooltip player_id='406723' first='Nate' last='Richie'], Capistrano Valley Christian

There are a handful of guys (see below) who could have easily made this list but Richie has proven he can put up numbers at the varsity level. CVC plays in a lower division, but Richie competed at the National Preps Showcase at blended right in with high-level quarterbacks with offers. He is a big guy who has good timing with his receivers. CVC has a new offensive minded head coach who has the potential to unlock even another level for Richie. He has some offers from Grinnell College and Knox College.

https://twitter.com/NateRichieQB/status/1812937159999168657

Also considered (alphabetical order):

[player_tooltip player_id='1212666' first='Rudy' last='Alcala'], Troy

[player_tooltip player_id='368941' first='Vanden' last='Dugger'], Dana Hills

[player_tooltip player_id='1149075' first='Jack' last='Ferguson'], San Clemente

Jesse Lopez, Segerstrom

[player_tooltip player_id='1149007' first='Gino' last='Marchetti'], Foothill

[player_tooltip player_id='723866' first='Dawson' last='Martinez'], San Clemente

Kenneth Saucedo, La Habra

Bode Stefano, Newport Harbor

[player_tooltip player_id='1213332' first='Ben' last='Trocchio'], Laguna Hills
