It was a no-brainer to move the Appalachian State commit to our #3 spot in the Class of 2025 running backs. His Twitter profile reports a 4.27 40-yard dash, which backs up his home-run ability when he gets into the open field. Max is an extremely tireless worker which is great for an AC Reynolds team that is primed to have another strong season in the mountains of North Carolina. Max's excellent vision allows him to seamlessly get in and out of the hole and be a constant threat for opposing defenses.

I believe strongly that Turner will improve on an impressive junior season where he was named the So Meck Conference Special Teams Player Of The Year. Turner has speed to burn in the open field and displays excellent overall agility and wiggle with the football in his hands. You may see him all over the field for the Palisades offense - Turner has ability to catch the football both out of the backfield and in the slot as well. A college will end up with a steal with this young man.

Having seen Mitchell up close at showcases before, his height doesn't even matter to me in terms of his evaluation. Summers shows elite skills with his speed, change of direction, vision, and hands catching the ball out of the backfield. Summers can be one of those special guys on the next level that colleges put on special teams, in the slot on offense, and in the backfield as well. Summers has offers from Pembroke and Catawba currently, and I'm sure other similar schools of their size are not far behind for his services.

I was recently on a podcast and said that no matter what level of football you reference, Anthony is a talented running back and deserves the recognition he is currently getting. He's named one of the best overall players in Charlotte by a local station, and he simply dominates games when he is in a groove running the football. With over 1700 yards rushing and 26 touchdowns, he will be the focal point of a talented Hickory Grove team once again this season.

Coming off of another strong year with over 1200 yards rushing and 8 touchdowns, it feels like Christian has been a focal point of the Jaguars offense for several years. But, Christian is an incredibly strong player who has good vision and speed to continue to be a force as the Jaguars move into a new era with a new head coach who has some plans to do some different things with the Jaguars on the field this season. A 2-time All-Conference Player, Christian currently holds an offer from Ferrum.

Caleb had an excellent offseason overall, where he went out and earned much-deserved recruiting attention at several camps and showcases. Caleb picked up offers from St. Andrews and Johnson C. Smith Universities while attending camps in person, a strong sign of continued improvement from the previous season. Caleb can play several positions, and that will do nothing but add value to him from a recruiting perspective. I think Caleb is in line for a huge senior year.

Picking up offers from both Pembroke and Catawba this offseason, I was glad to see a hard-working player like Heal get rewarded for his talents. Heal shows good speed in the open field, and runs the ball extremely hard every time he touches it. For a talented Mooresville team that wants to be balanced offensively, I would expect Heal to be a big piece of what they do offensively overall. Heal's 3.8 GPA also will be a major piece for any other recruiting interest he receives.

It may sound crazy that the returning running back from the state champions is under the radar, but with so much talent on the defensive side of the ball, it might be easy to forget about Diamond. I honestly believe though that Nick will be one of the most important players on this team. Offensively, the Warriors are working in a new quarterback and they lost their top wide receiver to graduation, along with working in four new starters on the offensive line. Coach Capone will lean to stability early on, and Diamond is everything that you want in a running back. A tough, downhill runner that gets stronger as the game goes on - that's [player_tooltip player_id='1303785' first='Nick' last='Diamond'] for sure.
