2025 Rankings: Top Public School Players at Each Position

<p>Analyzing the new rankings, we are taking a deeper look into the public-school talent that earned top spots in the rankings. To hone in on available talent, for most of the article we will be looking at players who are not currently committed to a school.</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">Kemajou was a playmaker all over for Paint Branch last season. He was dominant at edge rusher, and a play maker at defensive tackle and at tackle offensively. His 6.5 sacks and 10 TFL's helped him build an impressive list of offers to choose from including, Virginia Tech, Rutgers, Peen State, and West Virginia. Just last week Kemajou committed to Penn State where interior defensive players are known to develop into NFL caliber prospects. Since then, he's made the transfer to Baltimore County power Dundalk and picked up where he left off and even put on a few more pounds, now at about 240lbs. With the extra muscle he still flies to ball defensively and is even getting carries out of the backfield with the Owls. Last season's stats were a heavy 21 TFL's and 7 sacks. He's good in man, keeps tight coverage and attacks the ball in the air. He also brings his hard hat in the run game; he comes downhill and makes great form tackles to drop defenders. Hicks is currently uncommitted, but holds offers from Morgan State, Sacred Heart, Georgetown, Merrimack and landed Central Connecticut last month. He lines up at linebacker in the Bruins 3-4 defense but will make a good strong safety at the next level. He brings aggression from his DB hybrid position and fights through blocks in the box to make plays before they get momentum. Chinn doesn't currently have any official offers but has a D3 offer from McDaniel College. He was named to the Baltimore Touchdown Club 2024 Super 22 Team because of his performance on the field so look for him to work his way onto the Maryland Crab Bowl All-Star roster at the end of this season. </p>    <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/TyrinChinnT </div></figure>   <p></p>    <p class="text-gray-700">Baker is an obstacle for any defense standing at 6'3 300+ pounds. He takes on double teams and clogs the middle of the line making it hard to run the ball past him. He's a disruptive force and makes plays without even touching the ball carrier.
