Heading into year 3 and looking to take another big step in development is the 2-way player from Dwenger who has a plethora of upside on both sides of the ball. He's lengthy and explosive which bodes well for either side of the ball. He's got the length to get first contact on defense and has the strength to drive his opposition straight back. While he can go head-to-head with blocks, Poiry is fantastic at getting around blocks and shedding them to make the tackle when it comes his way. Offensively, he's used much more often to block, but it's because he's reliable and consistent.

Guys with Walls's stature combined with his raw athletic ability don't stay hidden for long. To stand at 6'5" and run a 4.79 40-yard dash at this age is phenomenal. While he's not refined and is still developing across the board, his potential is as clear as day. He's a good athlete who can bend, block, and catch downfield. He has the frame of a genuine D1 TE who could develop into a Sunday-type frame. As much potential as Walls has, he's easily someone I can see picking up the most traction out of any TE in the state.

Hite is a good athlete with more upside than people may initially realize. He's nimble and has good hands. He doesn't struggle to catch the ball downfield in traffic and does a good job protecting the ball. He can block and keep his man out of the running lane. He's also a guy who has no issue doing the dirty work and getting none of the credit. Blocking, going in motion, and being used as a decoy can get old pretty quickly, but if you're effective and a good athlete teams will worry about you, which is what they do with Hite. If he gets a 1 on 1 matchup or in the open field, he can cause issues.

While Burton does have experience lining up on both sides of the ball, I feel his potential and future remains on the offensive side. He started Varsity last season on the outside and did a decent job. He got more confident as the season went along and by the year's end, was a competent LT. He's a decent athlete for his size and does a good job staying off of his heels and not grabbing onto the outside of the shoulder pads. He is a bit light as of right now, but as he hits the weight room and continues to develop physically, it'll help make him more complete upfront.

I'm very curious to watch Dumas this year and see his development and where he's at. He's a 2-way player who got just a little bit of work last year on defense and did a decent job. As he becomes an upperclassman, you'd expect his role to pick up. Whether he's starting on offense or defense yet, I'm not sure, but I do know he's a competent Nose Tackle who can help stop the run and plug gaps. Assuming he's stronger and has been in the weight room even some since last season, I'd imagine he'll become more dominant this season. His natural strength allowed him to get on the field and make plays, so as he grows one can assume he will get stronger and more consistent.
