He has a great combination of size, speed, and athleticism. As a linebacker, you can see he has a natural ability to come downhill and make tackle. He also shows an ability to run sideline-to-sideline. As a quarterback, he can be just as good in the run game as well as in the passing game. As a runner, he shows legitimate speed to run by defenders. As a thrower, he has a strong arm. He can play multiple positions on defense. As a linebacker, he does a good job of running down plays all over the field. He has great vision to find and chase down plays all over the field. He could project as a defensive end as well, as he could be a menace at attacking off the edge. He does a good job of reading and reacting to the play and then chasing the play all over the field. He then shows he is a good tackler, especially in the open field. Burton was also used as a lead blocker and showed good skills in blocking defensive players.
