His play was a key part to <strong>Lumen Christi </strong>winning the state championship this past year. He has good body control and adjusts well to the ball. He is a good route runner and is very effective with curl routes and quick outs. He has legit top end speed that allows him to beat corners on go routes. <strong>Voyageur Prep </strong>runs a lot of end-arounds with Jenkins to get the ball in his hands so he can utilize his speed and burst and pick up big chunks of yardage. I like how <strong>Voyageur Prep</strong> uses him as nickel corner to help utilize his ability to cover smaller shifty receivers. As a runner, he does a good job of making quick cuts and keeping his shoulders square so he can always be falling forward to get extra yardage. As a linebacker, he is very good at working through traffic. He has good strength and power and it helps him sustain run blocks.
