Luke showed future D1 potential back them at DL with his size, athletic ability and motor. He has increased those things along with his size and skill set as an offensive lineman, which drew the attention of multiple big time colleges, including the Iowa Hawkeyes, who he has committed to. Allgeyer is possibly the most athletic OL in the class with the verified testing numbers to back it up. He also is aggressive with his run blocking, uses his quick feet and violent hands in his pass pro, and understands leverage well and plays with tenacity to the whistle. Iowa has a great history of developing O-Lineman, and Lucas has the tools to follow in that tradition.

[player_tooltip player_id='263502' first='Ryver' last='Peppers'] - Ft. Osage - RB
(5'11" 185) Committed to: Iowa State
- The highest riser in the 2025 class is the versatile all-purpose back and returner from Kansas City rising from the 33rd ranked player overall to number 12 in this latest update. Ryver has good speed and hits the hole quickly using good vision and quick reaction and decision making to find the right opening, and then can hit top speed in a hurry. He's elusive and can make defenders miss and also tough and can lower his shoulder to pick up extra yards after contact. He also has very good receiving skills and is a weapon out of the backfield or can line up in the slight. He has great hands and makes plays in the open field after the catch. Fast enough to take it to the house on any given play. He is also a good blocker. Peppers also has the ability to be a very effective returner on special teams. His skill set fits the Iowa State offense that he committed to months ago.

[player_tooltip player_id='1118517' first='Will' last='Kemna'] - Helias - OL
(6'5" 265) Committed to: Kansas State
- Another riser into the number 17th spot was the future Kansas State offensive lineman from Jefferson City. Kemna impressed me right out of the gate the first time I watched him from the sidelines with his good size, mobility, quickness and run and pass blocking and ability to run and get downfield to block. He used his hands well and had a good base and footwork in his pass blocking against some talented pass rushers. Will has the frame with good strength already, and looks to have the potential to be an athletic 300 pounder in the Big 12. Plus, he has the versatility to play multiple positions along the offensive line for the Wildcats.

[player_tooltip player_id='285169' first='Robby' last='Preckel'] - Lafayette - ATH
(6'3" 212) Committed to: Northwestern
- Making a nice jump in the 2025 rankings is the future Northwestern Wildcat is this versatile athlete from St. Louis. Preckel has been impressive on the field playing linebacker and receiver for his Lancers the last couple of years, and colleges really took notice with his testing numbers at camps and combines this spring. Robby has the frame and size to play TE or H-Back in the Big 10, but could also play wide receiver with his speed, route running ability and hands. He makes the tough catch look easy whether it's in traffic, laying out and diving to make the grab or getting up and catching the ball at the highest point with his leaping ability. He has good strength and power, is very physical and can block, which is why schools liked him as a possible H-back in college. I think he could be an athletic linebacker with speed to play each position or possibly be an EDGE or play with his hand down at DE is the Northwestern staff had that vision for him. He is a flat out football player no matter where you put him.
