Looking at the first group ranked #1-50 we see numerous athletes who have added offers & committed in June. Breaking down the universities with the most commitments we see Washington with 5, Oregon St 3, Washington St 2, BYU 2, and five schools with 1 (Oregon, USC, UCLA, Minnesota, Boise St).     Specific to this group (#26-50) a few of the NW's fastest rising prospects include 2027 standout [player_tooltip player_id='1188082' first='Gecova' last='Doyal'], Lakeridge 26' OLB/DE [player_tooltip player_id='769915' first='Noah' last='Tishendorf'], and 4A small town Oregon phenom [player_tooltip player_id='769993' first='Rasean' last='Jones'] of Baker City.   Heading into his sophomore year Doyal has added offers from the likes Washington, Oregon, and Tennessee, after starting as a freshman at Puyallup.    I've talked on Tishendorf a lot over the last year. He is deserving of the recognition and offers from Oregon St and Washington St. I foresee him adding numerous offers this coming season. Jones was considered one of the fastest athletes in America as an 8th grader and broke out as a freshman at Baker HS. Universities just recently caught on.    As noted [player_tooltip player_id='754594' first='Jack' last='Foley'] had maybe the best 7v7 season of any athlete in the NW. A few other individuals who are just straight up good include, [player_tooltip player_id='726148' first='Zamarie' last='Tellez'] and Skyview teammates Noah Tomas and [player_tooltip player_id='693684' first='Gavin' last='Packer']. Tellez has some of the best film on the west coast. He's just undersized.    Oregon St and Boise St both scored with their commitments from Thomas and Packer. The 6-6 280-pound tackle was underrated in my opinion and Packer might be Washington's 4A POY this season. He's that good.    You have to like what Washington St is doing in the NW. Receiving commitments from 6-5 220-pound TE [player_tooltip player_id='407173' first='Austin' last='Simmons'] and freakishly strong OLB/DE [player_tooltip player_id='723691' first='Luke' last='Webb'].  Both 2025 athletes would have received numerous other offers, but were smart enough to lock up a good thing with WSU.    Two other kids who could fly up the charts are [player_tooltip player_id='402796' first='Oteko' last='Mwamba'] and [player_tooltip player_id='693680' first='Marcus' last='Nixon'].
