Top “Athlete” Standouts from the M2 Showdown. Part 1.

He has a complete skill set at the WR position. Showed a wide catch radius, tracked the ball well in the air, and did a great job of elevating to win the contested throws. Phifer showed the ability to run the route tree with success. He gets in out of his cuts with few steps and good efficiency. He has a unique combination of high level quickness, acceleration and top end speed. Chevy does a great job of defeating man coverage. He was fluid and smooth throughout the individual drills at M2. Showed strong hands, crisp route running and a WR who has a very high ceiling. He is a guy you want to get the ball in space. He stands 6'3 with long arms.. His frame naturally makes him a target with a big radius to throw too. Throughout the 1 on 1 and red zone drills, Orion showed and played with competitiveness. He looked like a natural hands catcher of the football. Did a nice job of coming down with catches even when he looked to be covered. Caleb is a confident and competitive player. He shined in the competitive drills. I was impressed with Caleb's ability to elevate and come down with throws. He is a WR who will attempt to catch every ball thrown his way. He showed speed and athleticism that was ahead of the pack. Caleb's toughness and size make him a threat to win across the middle of the field. Ryan is an athlete who can run and jump with the best. He showed high level acceleration in his route running combined with the ability to elevate to catch the high throws. In addition to his athletic ability, he showed reliable hands. I watched him work throughout the day with high level focus and intent.
