<p>Just over 250 high school players from five Southeastern states took part as they looked to improved to impress potential future college coaches.</p>

<p>After highlighting the offensive standouts, here's a look at those defensive players who earned additional attention:</p>

<p><strong>Marcus Andrews</strong> Stephenson (Ga.)</p>

<p>(Pictured on right) Although listed as a center on the registration form, the rising senior caught the eye of Bulldog assistant coaches during one-on-one drills as a defensive lineman. His head coach, Marcus Jelks, was a four-year lineman at South Carolina State. At 6-foot-1 and 265 pounds, Andrews showed himself as coachable when getting corrected by the coaching staff and played with a tenacity expected from someone wearing a Bulldog uniform.</p>

<p>The 6-foot-2, 200-pound rising junior was one of the Raiders' leading tacklers last season (61 tackles, six sacks). A relentless pass rusher, he has a quick burst off the line of scrimmage and showed his agility during shuttle and individual drills.</p>
