Wonderful “Champ” Monds | QB | 2028 | Vero Beach | @champmonds

Recent offers: FSU, UCF

It's becoming the new wave for kids like Monds who are equipped with a college-ready frame and mindset at 14 years old. Kids have more opportunities to compete at high levels and develop in competitive settings and Monds has risen to the top so far in the 2028 class at 6-3, 200 pounds, and all the tools to work on his game. He's receiving major attention after a couple of camp sessions. Long way to go but Monds has the potential to be one of the best in the nation.

[player_tooltip player_id='419108' first='Jayden' last='Wade'] | QB | 2028 | IMG | @LightsOutWade7

Recent offers: Michigan, Washington

Wade is one of the premier 2028 rising QBs in the country who possesses all the tools to develop into a big-time star at the position. He's made noise in the off-season with notable camp performances while receiving P4 offers as an 8th grader. Look out for his overall recruitment to take off as he adds game film to his impressive build.

Anthony Howard | RB | 2028 | Auburndale | @Anthonyh_2028

Recent offers: FSU, Florida, UCF, Miami

Had to add this kid to the list of rising 2028 heavyweights as he's one in his own right with major P4 offers rolling in. I think we're just eager to see this kid go to work at the prep level. As noted, Howard has everything you want in a developing running back prospect. Good size, track speed, agility, Dog mentality. Plenty of time to go for this kid who will be a top back come graduation.

[player_tooltip player_id='425515' first='Neimann' last='Lawrence'] | QB | 2028 | @NEIMANAWRENCE1

Recent offers: FSU, Ohio State, UCF

Lawrence is starting to get some national attention as he's picked up two recent offers from FSU and Ohio State. He's got it done all offseason with a strong spring session followed by MVP-type camp performances. This kid is located in Blustein area and I'm sure he will get eyes on him this season but he needs to be listed with the other rising top 2028 prospects.

[player_tooltip player_id='964968' first='TJ' last='Williamson'] | ATH | 2028 | Yulee | @TJ_Williamson3

Recent offers: FSU, UCF, South Carolina

Williamson is another 2028 prospect who has earned some major P4 offers this offseason. He was recently at Syracuse and UCF and earned offers from both schools after the visits. The 8th-grade All-American is a pure athlete with big-play ability whenever he's on the field.

[player_tooltip player_id='236069' first='Austan' last='Cristiaan'] | QB | 2028 | Bishop Verot | @AustanQB

Recent offers: Appalachian State, FAU

Not too many 2028s with starting varsity experience but Cristaan has earned it as one of the top risers in his class. Training, offseason performances, looks good with working good Mechanics & Footwork Sequencing. He's set up to learn behind 2025 Michigan QB commit [player_tooltip player_id='826544' first='Carter' last='Smith'] for another season where he can learn and pick his brain.

[player_tooltip player_id='689254' first='Brady' last='Quinn'] | QB | 2028 | First Baptist Academy | @QBQuinn2

Recent offers: UCF, Syracuse, Nebraska

The Quinn family sure knows how to produce football stars, and 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='689254' first='Brady' last='Quinn'] is the latest name to watch. Even before his first varsity game, Brady's already catching the eye of college coaches. This kid can really throw, and he recently snagged offers from UCF, Syracuse, and Nebraska. Keep an eye on this kid's progression for sure.

[player_tooltip player_id='971695' first='Cyion' last='Smith'] | ATH | 2028 | Blountstown | @cyionsmith5

Recent offers: Miami, USF

Another rising 2028 prospect from North Florida is Smith, who stands an impressive 6-3 as an 8th grader. With plenty of time to fill out his frame, he's already making a significant impact on the field. This kid is already producing standout performances and could develop into one of the top players in the state quickly. His early success and physical potential make him a name to watch in the coming years.
