Just over the past three years, we’ve seen Rochester Adams, Lake Orion, West Bloomfield, and Clarkston all make deep playoff runs and, at times, be favorites to win the State Championship. Considering the 10 prospects in this article, I expect continued success in this league. So, here are my quick impressions on nine 2026/2027 prospects from the Red.

- Flashes open-field speed (0:30, 0:57)
- A few good contested catches
- Seems to be a good athlete
- Needs to work on route-running detail
- Needs to work on explosiveness
- Good trajectory; will eventually be a great Varsity player

- Very long throwing motion
- Lacks throwing fundamentals and arm strength
- Passable athlete; will undoubtedly improve
- Needs to bulk up and bolster contact balance
’26 DB | Kaliq Robinson | West Bloomfield | @KaliqRobinson_8
- Has had an extremely productive offseason
- Long, athletic DB
- Good ball skills
- Hard to fully evaluate until next season
- Someone I’ll keep an eye on come Week 1
’26 T | Tavis Robertson | West Bloomfield | @TravisRoberston
- Extremely physical
- Mauler
- Sloppy pass and run fundamentals (leans, false steps, not balanced)
- Elite size; recruited based on potential
- With a great season, he’ll be a B1G 10 prospect
- Will be ranked during next update
