Skewes is a phenomenal prospect going into his junior year. He has very good size at 6’7 275 pounds. He is a behemoth, and wrecks the opposing team. Skewes plays tackle and defensive end for Kent Denver. He was used mainly as on the edge. Here are his stats from the previous season: 117 total tackles (79 solo, 38 assisted), 32 TFL, 22 sacks, 13 QB hurries, 5 blocked punts. Skewes has good athletic ability, showing good acceleration off the edge, and quickness out of his stance. Very good footwork. He has very good strength. Due to his size and physicality, he overpowers his opponent when he’s playing both offense and defense. Skewes has good competitive toughness, and wasn’t giving up on plays. If he got beat, he’d come back the next play with some extra fire. He has a high motor and will help other teammates with blocks. As an offensive lineman, he destroys the competition. He starts with a quickness out of his stance, and uses a low pad level to get underneath the DE’s pads. He uses his good hand placement to control and steer the defender out of the way, creating lanes for running backs or WRs. He drives forward with his legs, and bulldozes through defenders. Skewes has a good anchor and neutralizes the opponent’s bull rush. As a DE, he shows to have a good bend around the edge. Very good bull rush to knock offensive lineman on the ground. Uses his good speed to run past them with ease. Tripp was putting up these numbers a sophomore, and I’m very excited to see how he develops this upcoming season.
Pagano is currently going into his senior year. He had an impressive junior season. Throughout the. season, he carried the ball 207 times for 1276 yards, averaging 6.2 yards a carry, and 19 touchdowns. He had 5 100+ yardage games, and almost went for 200 in a couple. Pagano uses his size at 5’9 170 pounds to go underneath defenders and squeak out the other side. He has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, acceleration, and change of direction. He easily jukes defenders out, and has defenders slipping off him. He’s shown good mental processing and vision by choosing the correct hole. Gashing the defense for a big gain. He hits the hole with tenacity and keeps churning forward as he gets tackled. Pagano is a mix of an elusive and power back. He uses his shiftiness to out maneuver defenders, and isn’t afraid of contact. He’ll throw his shoulder down and run through the opponent. Pagano has home run speed to out run defenders, and get into the endzone. He’s an excellent player who I believe will have a phenomenal senior year.
Highlights
Ryker Searle
Ryker Searle
Another exciting prospect on this list is Ryker Searle. He will be going into his senior year in the fall. Throughout the season, he threw for 1617 yards with a 60.4% completion and 15 touchdowns to 4 interceptions. On the ground, he accounted for 207 yards with 2 touchdowns. The future senior measures in at 5’9 155 pounds. Searle has good athletic ability due to good speed, acceleration, and change of direction. He uses this to get out of the pocket and gash the defense with his feet. Showcased good mental processing by going through his reads and choosing the correct one. When he’s pressured, he’ll stay poised in the pocket, keeping his eyes downfield and throw a dot. Even when Searle is scrambling around, he keeps his eyes downfield to find the open receiver. I’m impressed with his ability to roll out left and throw on the run. He excels at it. Searle has a quick release, and has good accuracy at all 3 levels. His deep accuracy stands out to me, he throws a beautiful deep pass. Very good ball placement skills too. He threw directly behind a WR where only he could catch it. He caught it for the touchdown. He’ll lead his WR too, not having them lose speed in their stride. Searle throws it on the money too. Ryker is an exciting prospect, who I can’t wait to see excel in his senior year.
Rounding off this list is Tanner Terch Tanner Terch 6'2" | 185 lbs | TE Heritage | 2025 State CO . Terch is going into his senior year, and did not disappoint during his junior year. The 6’2 175-pound WR had 55 receptions for 876 yards for 8 touchdowns. As a KR/PR, he had 428 return yards. An all-around contributor for Heritage. He has very good athletic ability. He showcases this by using his very good speed, acceleration, change of direction, and balance. During long gains, when he starts to lose his balance, he adjusts and keeps running. Terch was consistently outrunning defenders whether in man or zone. He has a good release, especially vs press jam. He uses his big body and physicality to fight at the beginning or through the route, coming out on top. Terch has very good separation quickness due to his athletic ability, and outrunning defenders, and mental processing. He will identify the voids in the zone and exploit them, or come back to this QB during the scramble drill. He has very good ball tracking skills. He uses his good concentration to catch a bobbled ball. Terch uses his big frame and athletic ability to jump over defenders coming down with the catch. He is a very good catcher. He will adjust either above or below to make the catch. Terch is a deep threat who was continuing to get past the secondary for big gain. I’m looking forward to seeing how he progresses in his senior year.
