Film Review: 2025 Prospects 3 Ranked and 5 Unranked

Ben Kauffman is a good defensive lineman for Penncrest. He has a great stance and fires off the ball. Kauffman uses his hands well to engage with offensive linemen and then rip through them. He does an excellent job in the run game by crowding the line and making tackles in the backfield. Kauffman also has a good combination of size and athleticism to play defensive tackle. He also shows a motor that never quits on the play. Kauffman is a talented 2025 defensive prospect.     [player_tooltip player_id='1286650' first='Tyeir' last='Turner-Phillips'] is a talented athlete in the 2025 class who played as an undersized defensive end last year for Carrick. He explodes off the ball and creates chaos in the offense's backfield. Seeing him use his speed and athleticism to get around bigger offensive tackles is impressive. He also does a good job chasing plays all over the field with his speed and athleticism. Turner-Phillips is a talented player who plays bigger than his size but makes up for it with his athletic ability.     Mike Pastirik played quarterback for Seton Lasalle High School last year. He is a gunslinger as a quarterback in the way he makes plays. He isn't the biggest player in the world but makes up for it by throwing with anticipation. He also has good mechanics and sets his feet well when he throws the ball. He shows off a strong arm and can throw a good deep ball. Pastrirk is a dynamic quarterback in the 2025 class.     [player_tooltip player_id='915421' first='Charlie' last='Warren'] is a good prospect in the 2025 class who played as a safety and as a receiver for Lancaster Catholic last year. At safety, he shows a good ability to play in coverage. He does a nice job of playing a deep zone and keeping everything in front of him. He also does a nice job in run support by coming upfield and making tackles in the open field. As a wide receiver, he is a classic outside receiver. He has excellent speed and runs by defenders when he runs routes. He has good hands and does a nice job after the catch by making a bigger play after he catches the ball. Warren is a good prospect in the 2025 class.     Emmanual Pepala played both as an offensive and defensive lineman last year for Franklin Regional. He has limited film but shows some good skill on both lines of scrimmage. He has a good stance and starts as he fires off the ball. He has good strength and can drive defenders off the ball at the offensive line. Pepala is a good lineman who should play even more next season.     [player_tooltip player_id='1325819' first='Wyatt' last='Foster'] is a talented defensive lineman for Knoch High School. He seems like he knows the snap count before the offensive does by the way he fires off the ball so quickly. He uses his hands well when he engages with offensive linemen and then rips through them. He then explodes into the backfield and creates chaos for the offense. Foster also has a motor that never stops as he chases plays all over the field. Foster is a highly skilled defensive lineman in the 2025 class.      [player_tooltip player_id='1326027' first='Kade' last='Finkboner'] is an old-school linebacker and fullback for Cedar Cliff. At fullback, he is a good lead blocker. He does an excellent job of lead-blocking in a variety of ways. He does a good job lead blocking on outside run plays as well as inside run plays. Finkboner also shows the ability to catch the ball well out of the backfield. At linebacker, he plays the same way. He is a physical player who does a nice job of coming upfield and making tackles inside the box. Finkboner is a good and physical player.     [player_tooltip player_id='855291' first='Amari' last='Nash'] showed good skills as a wide receiver and cornerback last year for Wissahickon. At cornerback, he shows good coverage skills. He is good at breaking up passes thrown in his direction. Nash does a nice job of turning and running with wide receivers. At wide receiver, Nash does an excellent job of running routes and catching the ball in traffic. He has excellent hands as well. Nash is a talented player on both sides of the ball.
