He is a very explosive and twitchy athlete that can lineup both in the slot or in the backfield and take direct snaps while a natural ball carrier with big play abilities. On tape, he shows good explosion through the first level and is extremely tough to bring down in the open field due to short area quickness and lateral agility. He has natural ability to make defenders miss and space and gain the edge on the outside while a tough runner that falls forward and looks for contact despite his size. He is a huge target that can play either in the slot or on the outside, and has a big catch radius, can attack the ball in the air and win on high point and 50/50 ball situations downfield. A longer strider that covers a ton of ground off the ball, he is strong at the POA, can get off press coverage and tracks the ball well over the top while a high IQ route runner that settles in zone coverage and can knife upfield quickly after the catch. Huff is a big and physical downfield target that has good hands, looks for contact after the catch and moves very well for his size. Heading into the 2024 season, Huff is one of the more intriguing jumbo athletes across the state and provides good position versatility at the next level.
