Continue ReadingOrange Lutheran class of 2025 quarterback TJ Lateef TJ Lateef 6’2″ | 185 lbs | QB Orange Lutheran | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Nebraska on Sunday.
Lateef completed 63 percent of his passes for 196 yards per game with 13 touchdowns and five rushing touchdowns for Orange Lutheran last season.
He won the accuracy challenge at the Elite 11 Regional in LA.
Lateef chose Nebraska over 14 other schools that offered him including Georgia, Ole Miss and Penn State among others. He is the first player from California in Nebraska’s 2025 recruiting class.
Chaminade class of 2026 running back Niles Davis Niles Davis 5’11” | 175 lbs | RB Chaminade | 2026 CA picked up his first Division 1 offer from Northern Arizona last Tuesday.
Davis had a nice sophomore season for Chaminade with 532 yards and seven touchdowns.
Mission Viejo class of 2026 cornerback Jeron Jones Jeron Jones 6’0″ | 165 lbs | WR Mission Viejo | 2026 State CA was offered by Texas A&M and Oregon State this past week.
Jones had six interceptions as a sophomore last season, four of them came in the playoffs.
He was a nickel corner last season but will play out wide as a junior.
Jones also holds offers from SMU, Tennessee and TCU.
Mater Dei class of 2025 cornerback Chuck McDonald III Chuck McDonald III 6’1″ | 180 lbs | DB Mater Dei | 2025 State CA announced his top four schools on Sunday.
Alabama, Georgia, Oregon and USC are the final four schools with a chance to land McDonald.
McDonald had 34 tackles with an interception for Mater Dei last season.
Highlights
Etiwanda class of 2027 offensive lineman Lucas Rhoa Lucas Rhoa 6’5″ | 285 lbs | OL Etiwanda | 2027 State CA picked up offers from Nevada and BYU last week.
Rhoa is one of the top offensive linemen in the 2027 class. He is now up to eight offers including Tennessee, Utah and Penn State among others.
