Continue ReadingThe Kent State offer spree landed on the front step of William Penn York, with the program being the first to offer running back Shavane Anderson Shavane Anderson 5’11” | 180 lbs | RB William Penn York | 2026 State PA . Impressive build, an impressive GPA, from a showcase and testing perspective, Shavane Anderson Shavane Anderson 5’11” | 180 lbs | RB William Penn York | 2026 State PA Jr. is a no-brainer type of prospect. Ranked inside the top ten at his position, Anderson is in line to see extended love from MAC programs coming through the program this month. I’m a believer that Anderson could/should see Power Four love, ACC, BIG10. The offers from premier programs will stack if his testing numbers are legit, which I have an inclination they all are (9’7 BJ, 4.4 40).
Coatesville’s Maxwell Hiller Maxwell Hiller 6’5″ | 290 lbs | OL Coatesville | 2027 State PA and PCC’s Jimmy Kalis Jimmy Kalis 6’6″ | 280 lbs | OL Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2027 State PA are the hottest 2027 OL on the PA recruiting trail, with programs across the nation clamoring to offer each. Hiller, who started off hot as an 8th grader, reeling in offers out of Pitt and Penn State, is heating back up in recent weeks. Maryland (BIG10), Kent State (MAC), and West Virginia (ACC) have swooped in to place their stakes on the giant freshman. I had the chance to see Hiller again after a years time at our recent 7v7 hosted by his HS. I can say the young man is eating well. Hiller currently sits atop the 2027 OL rankings.
Brock Cornell Brock Cornell 5’11” | 185 lbs | DB West Allegheny | 2025 State PA bursted onto the recruiting scene earlier than expected this time last year. Now, the soon-to-be West Allegheny senior is back seeing interest from local/Northeast FCS programs. Albany and Duquesne last year, Bucknell earlier this year, Brock Cornell Brock Cornell 5’11” | 185 lbs | DB West Allegheny | 2025 State PA announced a Robert Morris offer yesterday as well, bringing his offer sheet total to four. I can vouch for the young man’s testing ability, as well as his work ethic. A lock as a future top 100 senior, good on these programs for attempting to secure one of the better DBs in the class of 2025 (PA).

We last checked in on top ten linebacker George Hill George Hill 6’2″ | 225 lbs | LB Woodland Hills | 2025 State PA at the end of March. The Woodland Hills star continues to stay hot on the trail with his offer number eclipsing the double-digit total mark.
Offers since March: Howard, Stony Brook, Buffalo, Towson, and Arkansas State.
Look for Buffalo to make a huge push to land the Western PA elite backer. Delaware and UB are likely the leaders to land the 2025 prospect, yet with Hill’s offer total continuing to climb, you can make the case that the real leader has yet to reveal themselves. We’ll see if Hill can crack the top 50 after this next update.
Josiah Adams Josiah Adams 6’0″ | 150 lbs | DB Bonner-Prendie | 2026 State PA is in desperate need of a ranking bump, this is a miss/oversight on my end. The early 2024 West Virginia stamp of approval made that clear. The recent offer out of Kent State solidifies the notion. With the Dylan Abram Dylan Abram 6’0″ | 160 lbs | DB Imhotep Charter | 2026 State PA exodus from the Bonner program, Josiah Adams Josiah Adams 6’0″ | 150 lbs | DB Bonner-Prendie | 2026 State PA has ample room to carve out serious recruiting traction for himself. With the new update looming, with Adams still seeing love from FBS programs, expect Adams to climb into the top 50 in his class (2026) if not higher. A real six foot, 160-pound DB.

Happy to see current senior out of Middletown Area HS Jamar McKinney Jamar McKinney 5’8″ | 140 lbs | ATH Middletown Area | 2025 PA see some love via D3 roster spots. Hudson Valley CC provided McKinney an offer spot after seeing him work at our camp. Now, McKinney announced another roster spot opportunity with New England’s Anna Maria College. If I’m a D3 program with room on my roster, I’m hitting up this young man as soon as possible. Can attest to his work ethic and love for the game, on top of the skillset he could potentially provide.
Jimmy Kerr
Jimmy Kerr
The first unranked prospect in this flurry of posts. 40 prospects mentioned, yet somehow Central Clarion’s Jimmy Kerr didn’t make our ranks last update. An oversight on my part. Likely a top 100 prospect, Kerr has received offers out of Army WP, an in-house visit accompanied with the early offer. Robert Morris dropped their name into the Kerr hat, serving as the young man’s second offer to date. 6’3.5, 300+ pounds, expect Kerr’s FCS offer total to grow before his first senior tape drops.
