Our final position group to break down in the 2025 class in Illinois is the offensive lineman. Ton of quality prospects throughout the state. We examine it in 2025 Film Evals: South Suburbs Offensive Lineman!

[player_tooltip player_id='830248' first='Matt' last='Marek'] (Sandburg – 6'4” 280)

Marek is one of if not the best pass blocking left tackles in the class. At 6'4" the Indiana commit uses his length, hands, and footwork to not allow defenders to get past him. Good athlete that is very comfortable in space vs edge rushers. Drives in the run game and locks on to his man and rides him into the ground.

[player_tooltip player_id='830843' first='Michael' last='McDonough'] (Andrew – 6'4” 290)

The Illini commit is a beast at right guard. He is an absolute mauler and pancake machine. Drives with his legs with force. Gets to the second level on blocks in the run game. Moves guys with his raw strength and technique.

[player_tooltip player_id='331578' first='Jazarri' last='Jackson'] (Hillcrest – 6'3” 270)

This Lemont 6'5" right tackle has excellent length and he knows how to use it! Love how he keeps pass rushers at bey with his long arms not letting them get into his body. Sets well in the pass game anchoring. In the run game he is a mauler that has a strong punch at the point of attack and gets to the second level.

[player_tooltip player_id='331512' first='Keegan' last='Cooper'] (Bishop McNamara – 6'0” 220)

Cooper is a 6'0" left tackle that will most likely need to kick into guard because of size. Really like his feet and ability to move like a typewriter. Solid technique and good use of his hands.

Michael Drain (Plainfield South – 6'0” 220)

Drain is a center that plays with a nasty streak. Good use of his hands in pass pro and moves his feet well. Wrestles guys to the ground in the run game and overall gets to the defensive lineman in a split second after the snap.

[player_tooltip player_id='600298' first='Sean' last='Hampton'] (Plainfield East – 6'1” 270)

Hampton is a right tackle with good athleticism. Will probably kick inside to guard at the next level. Seals well and has good length.

[player_tooltip player_id='331594' first='Ethan' last='Toosley'] (Lincoln Way Central – 6'0” 270)

The 6'0" interior offensive lineman moves extremely well in space. Pulls and blocks on the move. Tough and physical with good technique.

[player_tooltip player_id='1292305' first='Jake' last='Jakovich'] (Joliet Catholic – 6'3” 270)

Jakovich is a 6'3" guard that pulls well, drives defenders with his legs in run game, and is physical. Gets to the second level as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='833301' first='Evan' last='Haskell'] (La Salle Peru – 6'0” 220)

Jakovich is a 6'3" guard that pulls well, drives defenders with his legs in run game, and is physical. Gets to the second level as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='537268' first='Tigea' last='Mackey'] (Hillcrest – 5'10” 280)

Mackey is a right guard that is undersized, but has a wide body. Plays with a mean streak. Blocks well on the move and brings above average athleticism.

[player_tooltip player_id='831105' first='Nico' last='LoCoco'] (Lemont – 5'8” 180)

Lococo is a guard that is on the smaller and lighter side. Quick and solid athlete that brings toughness to a small college program.
