(WR) Brayden Waller Brayden Waller 6'3" | 180 lbs | WR TCA | 2025 State TN – TCA
– Better get on board with this West Tennessee talent now as I feel he is on the verge of busting out on the recruiting scene, turning himself into an eventual D1 prospect. Waller has been one of the more productive wideouts in our state for the past two years, producing back to back 1,000 yard seasons. He is now developing into one of the best at his position in the state due to his speed, ability to create separation, his route running and glue like hands. ETSU got on board recently with his 1st offer but many others are paying attention, so expect to hear more and more about this Jackson area product moving forward.

(WR) Khani Johnson Khani Johnson 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR Tullahoma | 2025 TN – Tullahoma
– Speed is the main thing you see and get excited about when you turn on this guy’s film and that’s a trait that definitely translates well to the next level. Johnson comes from a good program but a place that doesn’t throw the ball all the time, so that among other things could be why this Wildcats receiver hasn’t broken out on the recruiting scene yet but trust me it’s coming! UT-Martin got on board first recently with an offer and they won’t be the last. This is one of the more explosive wideouts we have in the #TN2025 class, so it may take some time but I can see more FCS schools and possible D1 programs get involved before too long.

(WR) Robbie Jacobs Robbie Jacobs 6'0" | 175 lbs | WR Farragut | 2025 TN – Farragut
– As we head into camp season, Jacobs sits as one of the more under the radar wideouts we have from the #TN2025 class and someone that could surprise this summer and head into his Fall season with some strong offers. That’s all depending on his performance and if coaches see the same thing I do and that’s a strong option for the slot and someone that can run! Jacobs shows excellent acceleration after the catch, using his speed to create separation and find the end zone. He does need to keep adding size in the weight room but the ball skills and speed is there to become a college player one day.

(WR) Clayton Merrill Clayton Merrill 5'10" | 180 lbs | WR Brentwood | 2025 TN – Brentwood
– Last year as a junior, Merrill started to come on as a go-to receiver for his Bruins team but I can see him taking another step this coming Fall while pushing his recruiting stock to another level. That push will begin this summer in college camps where Merrill could start establishing himself as one of the better slot receivers we have in the #TN2025 class. His route running, hands and ability to create separation are key traits that will help him excel this year as well as force collegiate coaches to pay attention much harder. Merrill is a tad undersized but that doesn’t matter as he plays much bigger, providing a big play threat on offense that quarterbacks in college would love throwing to.

(WR) Derrick Miller Derrick Miller 5'10" | 165 lbs | WR Houston | 2025 TN – Houston
– This West Tennessee product may be small in height but Miller can be a “dude” out there on the football field due to his natural athletic abilities and outstanding, glue-like hands. You throw the ball in his direction, Miller usually finds a way to come away with the catch. It’s not just the hands that stand out about Miller but it’s his speed and ability to catch the ball in traffic that impresses me as well. The Mustangs senior wideout plays much bigger than his size with a fearless, gutsy attitude that I assume college coaches would love to have in their WR room. Keep an eye on Miller moving forward as you could see a rise with his recruitment after camp season and his senior year.

(WR) Jayden Guy Jayden Guy 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR Blackman | 2025 TN – Blackman
– Immediately when you turn on this Murfreesboro area prospects film, the first thing you notice is his straight line speed and potential to be a home run deep threat on the collegiate level. If given a free release, Guy can get down the field in a hurry. His speed is something you can’t teach but he is also athletic and quick, showing the ability on film to juke his opponents and find open space. Tons of work must continue from his route running to his work in the weight room but the raw traits and upside are certainly there to find his way into the college game.

(WR) Kenneth Holt Kenneth Holt 5'8" | 160 lbs | WR Whitehouse | 2025 TN – White House
– Coming out of a small area in Middle Tennessee where you don’t find too many big time athletes, Holt is definitely one of them and a prospect that could gain some steam with his recruitment over the next several weeks. The Blue Devils senior wideout is a natural athlete that can be used all over the field but fits best inside at slot where his quickness and speed can be game changers. He can work outside if needed due to his speed as well as provide great value on special teams as a gunner or return man. Holt isn’t the biggest guy but he’s a fearless competitor that will do anything it takes to win. His value is high as an offensive weapon and a definite breakthrough performer to watch this Fall.

(WR) Amir Wilson Amir Wilson 6'1" | 170 lbs | WR St. George's | 2025 TN – St. Georges
– Wilson is a little known prospect right now that could jump from under the rock and into the spotlight with a big college camp season and an even bigger senior year. The Gryphons 6 ‘2 wideout has great size and a frame to pack on more weight as well as the speed to make a difference on the outside. Once Wilson gets some steam behind him, he can pick em up and run with the best of them in the state. He provides a good deep threat due to his size and speed but also shows potential to develop as a route runner too with further development. I see FCS ability here with Wilson and possibly higher if he puts on more weight as well as develops his skill set much further.
