The multi-talented Moore already has D1 athleticism and was the most athletic signal-caller on the day in the 2027 class. He’s physically advanced already at 200lbs and showed his speed, power and quickness in testing and drills. He has strong arm and did a nice job spinning the ball to receivers in one on ones, showing versatility in his throws and nice velocity, and accuracy placement on his passes. Jonathan is also a talented runner and a true dual threat. Look for his name to make the rounds over the next few years with college offers. He saw action on varsity as a freshman both at QB and at S on defense.

Parkway South
– 6’4″ 165 Testing Results: 5.0 40 – 4.65 pro agility – 27″ vertical jump
Swinton had a good combine and continues to show glimpses of what can be with his height and frame that he can fill out as he continues to mature. Right now he is a tall QB with good athletic ability who can really sling it. He sees the field well and has good timing and fires the ball quickly. Solid accuracy and is very coachable. Also a basketball player. Tucker like to train and it shows as his skill set continues to keep getting better.

The most accurate of the 2027 quarterbacks on the day. Bursey has an advanced skill set and throws the ball very well. He’s a smooth QB who plays like a veteran and does a great job identifying his receiver and firing the ball in there with a quick release. Bredun makes quick decisions and has a good understanding of the game. You could tell he’s spent a lot of time working on his game and skills. I saw him during the season and he had nice success when he got time. Look for him compete for the starting job with the Kewpies and to have a big season in 2024.

CBC
– 5’11” 169 Testing Results: 4.84 40 – 4.57 pro agility
Another promising young QB who you will likely be hearing about during the upcoming football season is the sophomore-to-be at CBC. Weston has worked hard on his skills in training and it showed at the combine and when I’ve seen him recently in 7v7 play with Boom Football. At the combine he also showed a lot of confidence in his abilities and good technique in drills and one on ones. He made some nice throws and is pretty consistent as a passer. He also showed good speed and agility in testing. He has good footwork and can really run. Those qualities make it likely that he will see time on varsity at QB with the Cadets this season.

Williams is a nice looking young athlete at quarterback who showed his speed in the forty during testing and had a nice day overall. He was one of the more athletic young QBs. He looks like a dual threat but showed promise as a passer and is a player who showed be watched over the next few years. He seems like too good of an athlete to not find a way to see the field this coming season.
