There were so many additions to our rankings with many new prospects being introduced to the to half of our rankings – it would take a long time to give you analysis on each addition so I am taking a different approach. We will see in-depth thorough position breakdowns of our Canada rankings where we will talk about all the top additions at each position group. As that is in the works I wanted to highlight some new additions to the offensive side of the ball that even though they may not sit atop their position rankings are prospects that have some interesting film and developmental qualities that warrant looks from the next level.
Tiago Tillick Tiago Tillick 6’3″ | 255 lbs | OL Huron Heights | 2025 State CAD out of Huron Heights in Ontario is an OL prospect who already holds a USports and NCAA offer and has the film to back up those opportunities. Tillick plays with great pad level and is physical at the point of attack. You see a lot of run-blocking tape and his athleticism is evident in how he bends and how flexible he is. He can snap out of his stance and he shows fluid hips while blocking on the move. Tillick has a loose lower body and his violent play style and athleticism are what make him an intriguing prospect.
Reece O’Brien Reece O’Brien 6’2″ | 305 lbs | OL LeBoldus | 2025 State CAD out of LeBoldus is a really impressive guard prospect who showcases the ability to move defensive linemen. O’Brien plays with a high motor and consistently moves his feet. O’Brien does a really good job of maintaining and finishing his blocks. He has good hand placement and grip strength and his ability to control and move defenders makes him one of the more consistent blockers in this class. O’Brien can continue to refine his body adding more natural strength and punch to his game.
Caleb Wetherell Caleb Wetherell 6’4″ | 280 lbs | OL Cochrane | 2025 State CAD is a half-new addition considering he is the only prospect here who was on the watchlist before the update, his film warranted a big-time entrance into the rankings and Wetherell showcases explosive punch on initial contact and the ability to make some highlight reel blocks. Wetherell has good play strength and his contact is more often than not physical and violent. Wetherell still can develop his game with more consistent hands and better bend but there is not doubt he is violent and strong at the point of attack.
Highlights
Kohen Bohnet Kohen Bohnet 6’5″ | 185 lbs | QB George McDougall | 2025 State CAD out of George McDougall is a solid QB prospect who showcases good decision-making, solid arm talent, and solid athleticism on tape. Bohnet plays with good command from the pocket showcasing the ability to make plays as a runner, throwing on the run, escaping pressure, and making accurate throws in the short and intermediate areas of the field. Bohnet is a quarterback that you can build a run game around showcasing the ability to be a solid option quarterback making reads on defenders. I would like to see more of Bohnet pushing the ball down the field showcasing his arm talent to an extent where it can be fully evaluated but he excels in the offense that George McDougall runs that clearly plays into his strengths as an athlete.
One of my favorite prospects from New Brunswick, Samson Green Samson Green 5’11” | 205 lbs | RB Riverview | 2025 State CAD RB out of Riverview is one of the highest-ranked New Brunswick natives in our top 200. Green showcases the ability to be a complete RB prospect who can impact the game as a runner and a receiver. Green showcases good burst and the long speed to turn anything into a touchdown, he was extremely productive this past fall and his simple one-cut and north/south run style get him upfield quickly and into open space. Green is not only one of the top prospects in New Brunswick but a really solid addition to the RB rankings in the entire country.
Ty Boone Ty Boone 5’9″ | 160 lbs | WR Bayview | 2025 State CAD a skill position player out of Nova Scotia is a very talented WR out of Bayview who showcased some highlight reel catches on tape and has the twitch and athleticism to consistently separate from defensive backs. Boone has good burst out his cuts well and showcased a good feel for creating space on his release and at the top of his routes. Boone stacks up with the best WR/SB prospects in the country and is one of Nova Scotia’s top prospects.
