2026 Prospects New to the Top 125 (Pt. 3)

The 6'0 180 RB/LB did some good things on their JV team last season and will have the opportunity to earn varsity time in 2024. First and foremost with Kitchen, he has a big frame that he can continue adding size to over the off-season and can develop into a bruising power back in their heavy run scheme. He could also get some linebacker reps next season which he also got last season on JV and could have a high ceiling there as well. You could see him easily getting north of 200 pounds over the next two years and developing into one of the traditional tough physical running backs that Cabell Midland has had over the years. Kitchen does move well for his size and can get out in space and make defenders miss too. The 6'1 190 rising junior had primarily running back film from last season but is an athlete we could see developing into a LB prospect in time. Berger saw quality playing time on a struggling South Charleston team last season and flashed at times for the Black Eagles which makes you believe he can develop into a very good player for Nitro in the future. He has great early size and combines that with quality speed and quickness for a young player his size. While Berger is still a very raw prospect, we expect him to make big strides in the Nitro program each of the next two seasons and could be a solid player for them as soon as next season. We've gotten a good look at Dixon in person in the past at a camp and watched his sophomore season unfold as the new QB1 for the Bulldogs and now makes his debut in the 2026 rankings as a Top 125 player and the #10 QB in the class at this juncture. Dixon threw for just under 1,400 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2023 while earning WVSWA Class A Honorable Mention All-State honors. The biggest thing for him over the next two years to increase his stock as a prospect is just continuing to get bigger. Dixon is a late bloomer in that department at 5'8 140 but has made strides there since the first time we evaluated him when he was listed at 5'4 130. While he saw the highs and lows of a first-year varsity starting quarterback, Dixon did a great job of battling through the lows and is poised for a true breakout junior season after putting together a quality sophomore campaign. He puts in considerable work on his own time working to improve which is a testament to his work ethic and that has greatly benefitted his development. Dixon has good fundamentals in his mechanics and consistently operates well and under control for a young quarterback. The more he grows physically, the higher his stock will rise, and will raise the ceiling he has as a prospect. Lee plays mostly as a standup defensive end for the Redskins but will rank as a LB for now given his 6'2 195 size and playing style. We like him as an OLB/Edge prospect pending further physical growth and that's a spot Lee can develop into a quality prospect with the early pass-rushing ability he showed on his sophomore JV tape. He did a nice job crashing the edge and rushing the passer last season and was a tough block for JV offensive linemen. Lee has quality quickness off the edge and showed he has some early pass-rush moves he can utilize. You'll see clips of him lining up at RB, FB, OLB, and DE, and did some good things at all three spots as a sophomore. You can see his athletic ability when he gets carries on offense and doesn't move like a lot of athletes his age and size at that level. Mullins is a big physical running back who can run and be a threat in the passing but can also open holes as a fullback. We like him as a linebacker prospect, but he also saw time as a traditional defensive end last season who is capable of rushing the passer and stopping the run.
