He’s someone we’ve seen live many times, and the progress Dixon has made since being a young freshman is impressive. Heading into his senior year, Dixon is in a great spot to produce his best year yet and is maximizing his potential as a quarterback and prospect. His footwork and throwing mechanics are well-developed, and he’s added significant size and strength to his frame over the past three years, which has vastly improved his arm strength and overall ceiling as a prospect.

Dixon competed all day and made some really nice throws during the 1v1 session. Again this was a top notch group on hand at the Bridge Sports Complex with every quarterback having their moments. Dixon is top ranked kid for a reason, he helped his stock even more heading into his senior season.

He showed flashes of quality play and flashes of being a first-year starter in 2023 but is off to a very good start in 2024 throwing for 477 yards and 8 touchdowns to just 1 interception. Dixon looks much more comfortable this season compared to last and is operating the offense more fluidly and with better poise. That was apparent in week two in a big matchup with the #1 team in Class A Wahama where Dixon performed his best this season thus far.

Size aside, Dixon is playing like a Top 10 QB in the 2026 class and is proving our high regard for him as a passer in that class.

Dixon completed 10/18 passes for 274 yards and 3 touchdowns in the 48-24 loss. He looked poised in the pocket in a huge game and looked calm under pressure on film. Dixon threw accurately rolling out and throwing on the run and waited patiently for his receivers to come open. He also executed the play-action game well which caught the Wahama defense off guard several times in the game.
