Cooper Brushwood
Cooper Brushwood played cornerback last year. He played at a very high level. He showed good coverage skills. He did a nice job of playing zone and man-to-man coverages. He showed good ball skills and when the ball was thrown his way, he did a good job of breaking up passes. Brushwood also is a good tackler in the open field. He helped provide run support from his cornerback position. Finally, Brushwood showed a good ability as a punt returner with several long returns. Brushwood is a good player, and I am looking forward to seeing his film next season.
Eddie Corkery Eddie Corkery 6’1″ | 190 lbs | QB State College | 2025 State PA is a talented quarterback in the 2025 class. Below is what I wrote about him earlier this year. He was one of the better quarterbacks at our PRZ showcase:
“ Eddie Corkery Eddie Corkery 6’1″ | 190 lbs | QB State College | 2025 State PA is another talented quarterback who did a nice job at the PRZ showcase. Corkery might have the strongest arm of this group of quarterbacks. He does a great job throwing deep-out routes or deep balls. Both of those type of passes you see his strength on those types of passes. Corkery also has really good mechanics and uses them well to throw a good accurate pass. Corkery is a player who started last year for State College and should only improve going into his 2nd year as a starter. I am looking forward to seeing him play next season”.

D’Antae Sheffey D’Antae Sheffey 6’0″ | 190 lbs | RB Harrisburg | 2026 State PA is one of the better running backs in the 2026 class. He is a tough physical runner between the tackles. He rarely goes down with 1 tackler trying to tackle him. Sheffey also has the elusiveness to make defenders miss in space. He has good lateral quickness as well. Sheffey also played cornerback and showed good coverage skills. He recently visited West Virginia, which would be a great fit for him.

Ty Salazer
Ty Salazer is a dynamic athlete who can score every time he touches the ball. Salazar scored three different ways last season. On several receiving touchdowns, a punt return, and an interception he returned for a touchdown. He is a good wide receiver that makes circus-like catches look normal. He is outstanding on contested catches as he has good body control to go catch the ball. Salazar has good speed, and he just runs by defenders. As a defensive back, he showed good coverage skills. Salazar is a talented prospect in the 2025 class. He recently picked up an offer from Dartmouth University.
Daimear Coad Daimear Coad 6’0″ | 175 lbs | WR State College | 2026 State PA has limited film, but he flashed good skills as both a wide receiver and a defensive back. As a wide receiver, he shows good skills to make plays after the catch. He has good speed and elusiveness to make defenders miss in space. As a defensive back, he does a nice job in run support. Coad should become an even bigger contributor next season. He also recently picked up offers from Massachusetts and Akron.
Michael Gaul Michael Gaul 6’1″ | 215 lbs | LB State College | 2025 State PA is a talented linebacker who is equally as good inside the box as he is outside the box in space. As an inside-the-box linebacker, he does a good job reading and reacting to the play and then making the play near the line of scrimmage. As an outside linebacker, he is good at playing in space. He is good on pass coverage. Gaul is also a playmaker who made several interceptions last year. He is a talented player who recently picked up an offer from Lafayette College.

Wilson also showed he was good at pass protection. Several times in the film he helped protect his quarterback from rushers attacking off the edge. Wilson showed some good skills as a running back, I expect him to be a bigger contributor next season.

Nathan Haas played defensive end last year. He uses his hands well to engage and rip through offensive linemen. Haas showed good strength and athleticism that offensive linemen could not move them off his spot. Haas also has a motor that never stops. He chased down several plays all over the field. Haas showed good skills at defensive end and I expect an even bigger year next season.

Wilson also does a job excellent of moving his feet to stay in front of defenders when he is pass-blocking. Wilson is a good offensive lineman who should only improve.
Jake Lukac Jake Lukac 6’1″ | 200 lbs | TE State College | 2026 State PA played as a tight end last year. Lukac did a good job catching the ball in traffic. State College used him as a receiver on seam routes down the middle of the field and he did an excellent job catching the ball in traffic. He knew he was going to get hit but caught the ball anyway. He isn’t a burner with speed, but he does do a good job after the catch getting as many yards as he can. Lukac is a good blocker as well and they used him in a variety of ways to block. Sky’s the limit for Lukac and how talented he is as a player.
