Rhoa is an elite offensive tackle prospect with the ideal frame and length for the next level and will only continue to grow and pack on more weight to his frame over the next three years. He already holds multiple P4 offers from the likes of Arizona, ASU, Utah, Washington and Penn State. The Etiwanda product is a very athletic prospect with elite movement abilities in space and is extremely violent at the POA, while excelling in the run game and blocking in space at the second level. A natural bender he snaps out of his stance, creates immediate vertical push and is very patient and balanced in pass protection and can win against both speed and power rushers, with a high pass pro IQ. A no brainer to be atop our initial rankings release, he should continue to collect more national offers over the next couple of years.
Highlights
Playing for one of the top rising and best programs in northern California, the talented freshman tackle started for the pacers in 2023, and is an elite athlete at the tackle position that plays way above his age and should be the next great Grant offensive line prospect. He is quick out of his stance, shows a violent initial punch and leg drive through contact/strong base while finishing blocks downfield with nasty intentions. He shows he can pull across the LOS, get to the second level with ease and takes good angles to linebackers when scraping to the next level. He is a very balanced prospect already as a freshman, and depending on growth over the next few years he could also find his home inside in college.
Franco played mostly inside for Servite in 2023 which is very impressive for a first year prep player, and could find his home at either guard or tackle at the next level due to his frame and length/growth potential. He is another very athletic blocker that shows active feet at contact, gets immediate vertical push and plays with a low hat and wins with leverage and is a high effort guy. In pass protection, he does a nice job at using his length to shock defenders and gets in their chest while staying patient against speed rushers and is able to post against counters and creates a consistent pocket from the inside. Overall, Franco is a very athletic kid that has good upside at the next level due to his frame and length. It should not long until he collects his first offer.
