He has exceptional hands and good speed with a 40 clocked in at 4.7, not too bad. I can see him lining up at both safety and defensive back for next couple of seasons, his range and footwork are very impressive. While I firmly believe he is a star wideout in the making, outside linebacker is where he may have the most impact for the Cougars next fall. Very impressive to see how he can cover running backs in the open field and his closing speed is nothing to be frowned upon either. He has good hip movement and his footwork looks like he has been coached up very well previously. He is not afraid to stick his nose into any opponent and is very physical off the line of scrimmage. He is a shift scat back type for Westfield's high potent offense, but I think he will see the varsity field sooner on defense. He is versatile h-back/tight end who can make defenders look foolish when he has the football. That all being said his future at linebacker is very bright as he is a tough hard nosed teenager who can play both the run and pass.
