I have previously written about some of the 2025 top TE prospects in the Class of 2025. Here are a few more names to know who are having good off seasons.
Drew Clemens
Drew
Clemens
6'4" | 215 lbs | TE
Oak Park | 2025
MO
Oak Park
– A very athletic and physical tight end who has really caught the attention of colleges early in the off season. Clemens (6’4″ 215) had 7 touchdown grabs and averaged over 21 yards per catch as a junior. He is a very good route runner and has good speed which helps him lose defenders and get open. He also shows very good concentration, hands and ability to catch the ball at it’s highest point. Drew has good body control and positions himself well to make the catch. He’s picked up three recent offers from Arkansas State, Illinois State and Lindenwood University. Look for his recruiting profile to continue to rise this spring and summer.
Liam Russo
Liam
Russo
6'6" | 210 lbs | TE
De Smet | 2025
State
MO
De Smet
– Another very athletic TE prospect who runs like a receiver at (6’6″ 225) who colleges have already taken notice of. Liam is a three sport athlete in track (hurdles) and basketball. Both sports translate well to the football field for Russo with his speed and ability to move without the ball, get open and develop good hands. His frame will allow him to put on weight and keep his speed and quickness. Lindenwood University is his most recent offer, and he has other offers from Northern Illinois, Eastern Michigan and Miami University. Schools from the Big 10 and Big 12 have him on their radar and continue to evaluate him.
Cameron Kossmann
Cameron
Kossmann
6'6" | 240 lbs | TE
Marquette | 2025
MO
Marquette
– A big time sleeper who looks ready to have a breakout senior season is Kossmann (6’5″ 240) who runs a 4.8 forty and shows great athletic ability and pass catching ability. He had 10 catches for over 100 yards as a junior, but Cam should make a name for himself this spring and summer at college camps. He is a smooth route runner who has good body control and good hands making catches. He definitely looks the part physically and in drills. He trains hard and is motivated to earn a college scholarship.
