On our watchlist we have a number of prospects that could take a huge step this season and boost their stock. This article will focus on a few of the players I think are set to do big things in 2024 and possibly jump up in the rankings!
Gary has done a great job of continuing to get better. He moves well, has good size and physical traits to compete with any receiver. He is starting to receive the coaching he needs to match his football IQ to his raw ability. He is quick with good closing speed, and has shown big growth in reading the receivers hands and making plays on the ball. Keep an eye on Gary as he could impress this season!
This kid really stuck out to me last year over the summer, and he is looking more and more natural of a pass rusher as he goes. His reactions seem more natural, and he absolutely has the athleticism to be a playmaker. His film shows blocked punts, big TFLs where he beats the slower lineman right off the ball, and making sure tackles. Turnley has a good trajectory as long as he continues to work.

Nathan has really put himself on my radar recently. I really like him as an edge pass rusher. He has a pretty good first step, he has active hands that keeps offensive linemen out of his chest. He has strong legs that keeps him from being pushed back. He is solid in the run game and rushing the passer, and I think he could be in for a breakout season!
Jacob is a really solid left tackle who is aggressive and very technical. I really like the way he run blocks as he is very mobile and can get to the 2nd level quickly and linebackers stand no chance. I think he has a good ability to pass protect as well, but the run game is where I see him thriving which is typical in high school. It looks like he is putting in the work to jump up in the rankings sooner rather than later!
