For the second straight year, college coaches from throughout the state of Florida had the opportunity to work with the prospects who attended the Prep Redzone Stock Up Exposure event.

Last Sunday, several talented athletes took advantage of tremendous weather and competition at Holiday Park in Fort Lauderdale.

Like he did last year John Klacik, who is the assistant head coach and offensive line coach for the Ave Maria football program.

Klacik is easily one of the better line coaches you will find. Technically sound and knowledgeable with more than 20 years of Division I coaching experience under his belt.

In last year's event, offensive line prospects left the three hours with a great feeling that they learned something that they would be able to apply during the spring and into the summer.

Last Sunday, Klacik once again worked his magic as a number of rising line prospects stepped up and made the most of the combine and overall experience.

“What I love about these events is the young men come here to learn and compete,” Klacik pointed out. “I really enjoy seeing them get something out of their time at these showcases.”

Spending 15 seasons at Youngstown State, where the school won four Division I-AA (now FCS) national championships, Klacik saw exactly what can happen when these athletes learn technique.

Last Sunday, there were a number of prospects who had the chance to make an impact – with Class of 2024 center [player_tooltip player_id='1158097' first='Owen' last='Tannehill'] (6-2, 240, Englewood Lemon Bay) making an impact and being recognized for his hard work.

In addition, Class of 2025 (rising seniors) prospects such as [player_tooltip player_id='1138798' first='Nolan' last='Bajgier'] (6-3, 285, Lake Mary), [player_tooltip player_id='1158070' first='Alexander' last='Dimartino'] (6-5, 270, Fort Lauderdale), [player_tooltip player_id='1138821' first='Austin' last='Freud'] (6-2, 225, Port Charlotte), [player_tooltip player_id='1138881' first='Saij' last='Rolle'] (6-2, 285, Boynton Beach) and versatile Clewiston standout [player_tooltip player_id='831336' first='Sadler' last='Soles'] (6-2, 280).

Soles dominated all day and was awarded the MVP of the linemen. He won several battles during the one-on-one competition. While the offers are not pouring in, you can guarantee that what he did during the event will go a long way in putting him on the map.

Not to be outdone by the rising seniors, there were also some impressive Class of 2026 standouts who also made a statement included [player_tooltip player_id='1158088' first='Levi' last='Hoss'] (Coral Springs Coral Glades), [player_tooltip player_id='1155782' first='Aiden' last='Martinez'] (6-3, 240, DeLand), [player_tooltip player_id='1158101' first='Trevor' last='Dutting-Morrell'] (6-1, 280, Bradenton Braden River), and rising Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas standout Teddy Welch (6-1, 275).
