Without further ado, here’s my list of top performers.

Top Performers
At the top of my list of gamechangers is Thomas Heffner Thomas Heffner 6’0″ | 170 lbs | QB Lausanne Collegiate School | 2028 TN , a quarterback at Lausanne Collegiate School. Heffner stood out with his speed in the pocket as well as his quick release, proving his arm strength and pin-point accuracy in the air during positional drills. Heffner also impressed me with his footwork in the pocket and ability to connect with his receivers despite heavy coverage in the backfield.
Highlights
Another high-level prospect to show off was Maximus Curry Maximus Curry 5’9″ | 150 lbs | WR Blackman | 2028 TN , a wide receiver at Blackman Middle School. In addition to outstanding breakaway speed, Curry impresses me with his physicality, versatile edge and ability to overpower his opponent in coverage. I also liked Curry’s ability to create seperation in the backfield and use his arms to push off the defensive back to get open for the deep pass.
Highlights
Another player to make his presence known was Koehn Dial Koehn Dial 6’8″ | 290 lbs | OL Avery Trace | 2028 TN , a defensive lineman at Avery Trace Middle School. What impresses me the most about Dial was his outstanding size, speed and strength in the pocket, using his core strength to blast and stun his man during positional drills. Another aspect of Dial’s playstyle that stood out was his ability to overpower his opponent with his arms and maneuver the field with limited space.
Highlights
I was additionally impressed with ShaMaurian Roller, a wide receiver at Hueytown Middle School. What made Roller so explosive was his size and versatility down the stretch, proving to be a challenge to contain in coverage due to his ability to attack the ball in the air. I also liked Roller’s ability to juke out defensive bacls with his footwork, using his quickness to get in prime catching position.
Also establishing himself in Murfreesboro was Xavier Bowman Xavier Bowman 5’9″ | 140 lbs | DB Farragut | 2028 TN , a defensive back at Farragut Middle School. Bowman caught my attention with his footwork and electric speed down the stretch, utilizing his strength to contest receivers in the backfield during positional drills. Bowman also caught my eye with his disruptiveness in the air, using his wing span to swat the ball to the ground and haul in interceptions.
Highlights
Also making a strong impression last weekend was Connor Blevins, an offensive lineman at Northern Pulaski Middle School. What impressed me the most about Blevins was his size, speed and ability to match his opponent’s strength during positional drills. I also liked Blevins due to his ability to stun his foe in one-on-one drills with his quick execution as well as his ability to absorb pressure.
Highlights
I was also impressed with Micah Nance Micah Nance 5’9″ | 160 lbs | RB Blackman | 2028 TN , a running back at Blackman Middle School. On top of excellent footwork and breakaway speed, what stood out about Nance was his ability to maneuver space and be durable in the pocket during positional drills. Another aspect of Nance that made a big difference was his ability to pick up speed off the whistle and impress his coach with his field awareness.
Also making his presence known was Jack Ferguson Jack Ferguson 5’6″ | 165 lbs | ATH Baylor | 2028 TN , an athlete at Baylor Middle School. Ferguson made a great first impression with his footwork and physicality in one-on-one drills, showcasing his size, speed and strength when matched up against some tough competition. Ferguson’s ability to be physical in coverage and use his arms to throw off his opponent gave him a huge edge throughout the camp.
