The Bootleggers are the state's — and one of the country's — longest-tenured organization of its kind, going back 15 years, and feature a handful of regional/metro teams that filter up to the statewide "national" team.

[player_tooltip player_id='469475' first='Jaylan' last='Ash'] — 6-0, 145 WR — Archbishop Rummel (2027)

The tall, lean Rummel athlete was one of the top receivers at the event in any age group with a confident, competitive mentality to attack even older defenders with his combination of wide catch radius, athleticism and ball skills.

[player_tooltip player_id='751777' first='Sy'our' last='Ferrell'] — 6-1, 175 WR — Bonnabel (2026)

One of the bigger targets among the 15U group, Ferrell made a variety of catches on plays downfield, through and over contact and on well-executed comebacks on which he created space with his quick breaks and use of his body positioning against defenders.

[player_tooltip player_id='1237643' first='Joe' last='Henderson'] — 5-9, 130 DB — East St. John (2026)

The Wildcats' young nickel/safety read, broke on and deflected several passes with his timing, quickness and long reach.

[player_tooltip player_id='423247' first='Dylan' last='Henry'] — 5-10, 165 DB — Mandeville (2027)

[player_tooltip player_id='1372189' first='Kenric' last='Johnson Jr.'] — 5-9, 150 ATH — Riverside Academy (2028)

"Boogie" was a standout as a versatile offensive weapon already this fall as an eighth-grader in Prep Redzone Louisiana's two chances to see his Rebels play. And, working on his home field, he was again among the top performers not only as a smooth, sure-handed receiver, but also a quick, confident, vocal and versatile defensive back.

[player_tooltip player_id='401753' first='Drake' last='Mason'] — 6-1, 210 LB — John Curtis (2026)

As challenging as spring 7-on-7 can be for true linebackers, the Patriots' sophomore had a notably strong showing with his movement in space, navigating the traffic around him and consistently making plays on the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='942208' first='Mason' last='Moore'] — 5-10, 160 DB/ATH — Central (Baton Rouge) (2027)

Another versatile athlete, Moore transitioned smoothly from a great freshman campaign as a running back and corner to a great day of work at safety. His feel and timing on the back end of the defense were among the biggest highlights of the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='723530' first='Ashton' last='Stark'] — 5-9, 150 WR — Lutcher (2027)

The Bulldogs' young standout has enough size to go with his quickness, athleticism and skillset to make plays from anywhere on the field, working himself consistently free from a variety of defensive backs and showing the ability to make tough, contested catches.

[player_tooltip player_id='710973' first='Dwain' last='Swilley'] | 6-3, 190 RB/DB | Riverdale (2026)

Even in joint 15U/18U action, the Scottish Rebels' sophomore stood out physically with his big, physical build flying around the field. Swilley moved well at his size and made multiple catches downfield.
